I became a caregiver to make a difference in the lives of geriatric people, i feel that they need to feel the need to stay in their home if they want to, and by them makinf that choice they should have somrone who is caring of their needs. i love being around the elderly i like working and taking care of them,and my altamate goal is to make sure their needs are met and that they feel comfortable being around me.the personal achievement i'm proud of is knowing that i've done a good job and that they appreciate what i've done. I'm loving people person with great expectations i'm very a very motavative hard worker i feel that doing this type of work takes determination and your heart has to be into what you're doing in order to do a good job.
