Some personality traits that help me strive to be a great caregiver are I'm caring,giving,considerate, I'm willing to go the extra mile, and I always put my clients before myself. I felt the need to help others out so I started out working with the physically disabled then went to caregiving. As soon as I started caregiving I just fell in love with the gradification I felt helping the elderly and seeing the smiles I can put on their faces. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is making a special bond with someone and being able to assist them with their needs. I'm most proud of forming an extremely special bond with my client who unexpectedly just passed away. She treated me like family and I was always there whenever she needed me. I was so blessed to have been her caregiver and putting the biggest smile on her face.I'm hoping to be able to do the same with many other clients.
