What attracted me to caregiving is when my my older sister was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor that made her go blind and a few weeks later my grandfather was diagnosed with dementia. I started taking care of him because I did not want him placed in a nursing. I also enjoy listening to people reminisce about the past and learning new things

Hi, my name is Santana, I have been a caregiver for over 10 years as a cna, I have worked in the hospital, nursing home facility, and have been an at home caregiver. I pride myself by taking very good care of my patients to the best of my ability to matter how much time it takes. I love to make my patient feel that they have my undivided attention and that I am there to really care for them and help. I love for the families that are not able to care for their parent or loved one to feel at ease about not being able to tend to them at the moment due to a job or etc. and that they are in good hands. I am proud to put smiles on peoples faces and make someone life a little bit easier because I know how it is I have been there with family members of my own and I want to make a difference.

A little about me,i moved here about a year ago from Alabama with my husband. I have one dog(child). my grandmother has dementia and my husbands grandfather had a stroke so ive learned alot things on my own. with that being said i am CNA certified in Alabama and in the process of getting licensed here. i love working with seniors, i feel like it brings something new to every day. I love to talk and spend alot of one on one time with my clients, treat them more like family, I have lots of experience with a variety of different things so feel free to message me whenever!

I like to sit down with my clients and talk with them. I like to be able to help them with anything they may need even if it's just talking, because it can get lonely at times. I've always enjoyed trying to help people

I'm good at taking care of others cause that's what I love to do. Working with senior is not just a regular job you learn from them and you get to know them. My name is Tammy Davis. I am a single parent to 2 boys. They are 18 and 11. We live in Southside TN. I always dreamed of becoming a nurse. I did graduate high school and went on to Bevill State College where I took nursing. Unfortunately it didn't work out due to family issues. I then decided being a caregiver was really close to nursing. I got my CPR and First Aide certificates and started out working in private homes. Now I work for several different companies. I enjoy helping people out any way I can. Sometimes the simplest things you do for someone can change the way they look at the world.

My name is Tammy Davis. I'm a single parent of two boys. I'm a very independent woman. I love being a caregiver. I've always wanted to be a nurse and I did go to college to become a nurse but due to some emergencies I dropped out. I read about becoming a caregiver and so I applied in 2005 and have been a caregiver on and off since. I love helping people. The elderly is some of the humblest people you'll ever meet. I love to make someone's day with a simple smile.

I am light hearted, joyful, enjoy good conversation and ideals. I absolutely love people, no matter what! I love to laugh, energetic and like to get things done. What attracted me to this line of work is getting to assist some wonderful individuals and I get to learn from each of them. A personal achievement I'm proud of is the significant cognitive improvement of one of my clients who was burdened with dementia.
