I am a friendly, compassionate, honest, loving and caring and reliable person. I love taking care of people, getting to know them is the best. Their like family to me. Becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), took a lot to get to where I am today and I am very proud of myself. I do wish to continue my education to become a Registered Nurse. I currently have 2 1/2 years of experience providing care in a skilled nursing facility. I am able to bathe, groom, transfer, turn patient/resident every two hours and also help feed, change and dress.

I have a quiet deamnor, soft spoken, love to take care of people and make their life a little easier. Ive been taking care of people, elderly, children for as long as i can remember. I became a caregiver to help others in their time in need, its fullfilling knowing that i can help someone, even if its just to sit and lend a ear to them. The best part of being a caregiver is seeing the smiles on my clients faces, knowing that i did something good for him/her. It made me proud to hear from my co workers that if they found another client they would love to bring me along with them because they know im reliable and trustworthy, that in itself is a great personal accomplishment i can say i have. I have over 40 plus years as a caregiver, working with dementia and Alzheimer's clients. Also with experience with medications and Pt and OT. I've set my goal out to be a care giver once my grandmother had a stroke and was taken to health care facility . My grandparents raised me so I thought it was my time to help , with the care my grandmother needed. Being patient. My achievement is being able to still care for others

I'm a very compassionate, caring, patient,honest,reliable, trustworthy person. Those qualities are apart of my character which I feel is what makes me a great caretaker. I always wanted to work in the Healthcare industry whether the nursing or medical part of it. I enjoy working and caring for those who need the extra help and support on a daily basis. Caregiving is always what my family has done and was also embedded in me. I feel better when I'm able to offer my help who may need it. I'm currently in a Nursing Assistant class Tuesday's and Thursday's from 4-8 so anytime before or after that is fine. Also every other Saturday are my clinicals from 6-2:30 so any time after 3 I'm available. I'm available anytime all the other days. I do have a resume and references in addition.

Im 27 years old single mother to a special child that has autism that gives me the biggest inspiration, and my motivator the pass couple of years. He pushes me to be the best mother that I can be. And I'm grateful for him. Over the years I've changed myself go live a lot healthier life style and active life style I go to the gym about 4-6 days a week and I eat healthy and eat 6 meals a day to keep me energy going and to live a longer life. I also love to go hiking, indoor rock climbing, running, walking, and just enjoying the outdoors. I love taking care of people and just making a change in people's lives.

I have been a caregiver for about 6-7 years and a CNA for about 2. A good friend of mine needed help with a lady who had Alzheimer and I had no experience at all. They say the best way to learn is through doing, and I couldn't agree more. I learned many great traits along my journey as a caregiver. I am a very patient, calm, and giving person. I enjoy helping my patients with activities of daily living and assisting them with any needs they may have like toileting, transportation, medication reminders, etc. Being a caregiver is a very rewarding job. To be able to help someone makes you feel good about yourself, and the relationships you build along the way make it all worth it in the end . I stared as a caregiver, not knowing anything, to now being a Certified Nursing Assistant, to now working on my nursing degree. I love what I do and take it very seriously. I love working with people and spending time with them going for walks watching movies. I like being a care giver because I took care of my grandma for 6 years and it was a special attachedment I had with her. I enjoy watching movies and talking to my patient. I'm proud that I can help other families with their love one I understand it gets hard I had to take care of my grandma alone for along time.

I am a caring, dependable, patient individual. I have worked with client from dementia to hospice. My last client I had I was with for 10 yrs. He was a very important person and was very fond of him. I have been working in the medical field for more than 20 yrs. I currently moved to Summerville SC and am excited to start a new chapter in my life.

I feel proud and happy when I heated my clients would have their feedback about me , and the most satisfying and gratifying is when I only have 2 days to work with them , but once they see me how I worked and care for them , they would asked my employer If I could work with Monday to Sunday in everyday basis . Isn't it gratifying ? In my humble self I thanked God that I am able to be a part of them not only as caregiver but as a family member . This are things money can't buy.
