My best personality trait is wanting to help people! One of my best expertise is to be able to talk and comfort a client or to help them as much as I can ( 110%! ) What attracted me to be a caregiver is being able to help a person in need of my assistance because they are not able to do it themselves! Having that sense of satisfaction of being able to do for someone is such a great reward for me! One of my best achievement is helping a client that knew she was going to pass on soon and me being able to help her through the process of getting her the right people with her religious beliefs and having her whole family being by her bedside! And doing whatever I can before she passed on was a great accomplishment!! Also by me being there for my mother as her caregiver and nurse while she was dying from cancer! Me being there to change her colostomy bag! Reminding her to take he chemo pills and just being there to comfort her to drive her and just to be there before she passed on! Just being there and helping a senior citizen every step of the way!!!!!

I've always been drawn to service in one way or another,whether it be through volunteering,donating to charities,or simply helping friends. I truly believe it's what draws me to working with seniors....even as a mail carrier,it was always the best part of my day to see my elderly customers and chat with them, or lend a helping hand with things such as carrying groceries, or walking an unsteady customer to their door. Sometimes I would be the only person they'd see in an entire day,so a warm smile and genuine concern was always appreciated. I pride myself on being dedicated, professional,and compassionate, serving with a customer's dignity and respect always in mind.I enjoy the feeling of achievement knowing I'm helping someone live their best life everyday! I was a certified nurse assistant in my younger years. Took care of a married couple for 3 years. Live out . It was a wondeful time and learned from them a lot.
