I became a caregiver because my mother was sick when I was at a really young age. I was taking her with her daily living, blood pressure, test her blood sugar, and gave her insulin shots by the age 11. She inspired me to help others that can't do for themselves. What I like about being a caregiver is when I make someone's day because I'm there taking care of them or doing things they like to do or talk about. I really enjoy what I do and it makes me feel happy to know I helped someone.
