Hello My name is Jazmin and I have 13 years of professional caregiving/nursing experience . I have worked in hospitals,convalescent homes,Rehab centers,clinics, In Home,live in ,live out ,part time,full time and on call . During the pandemic I was working in the Red Zones at various locations for long hours . At one point I was responsible for 20 patients on my own due to the understaffing . It was hard but very rewarding because I was able to help and be present for a lot of patients who weren't allowed to see their family . I was also hired to perform temp checks and Covid 19 testing at multiple sites. I'm very patient, sweet and understanding. I became a caretaker because I use to take care of my grandparents so I want to be able to take care of the the elderly and make sure they feel comfortable. During my High School years I would visit and feed an elderly neighbor who's family had abandoned her in a big empty home. What makes me a great caregiver I have learned to have patience. How I started in this field was with my own mother who had kidney failure at a young age. What I have learned from my experience is that everyone is different and need different kind of help. I have accomplished so much from learning lots of techniques on how to make some ones life more comfortable on what ever their illness is. And that's what I like doing I love helping out and helping others . Have also been to care giver hospital and done a little Community service on that and I just love how this job works it's what I like doing taking care of older people and helping out with chores -take care of them - give them attention -helpthem out - been friendly - clean up You give me a list on what I need to do and I will follow the steps I might be young but I know what am doing , give me a chance try me out and you will see I got it & I promise you won't have no complaints from me because they will be in good HANDS I will take care of you're family member like if they were my own . Because sometimes it's hard take care of older people but we just need patient WITH THME & what I got a lot of patient and I love take care of others & mostly older people
