I am registered with the state as a home care aid. CPR and first aid certified. I love working with the elderly it gives me a great feeling knowing ive made someones day easier and better just by helping with everyday activities, i enjoy the care i give i am respectful, compasionate, friendly, dependable and trustworthy. I knew that i could do more to help my patient's therefore i am currently in nursing school working on my vocational license.

As an EMT, I learned the importance of taking care of those in need during critical moments. Often times, the greatest satisfaction came from simply keeping a mother,father, child or grandparent safe and stable long enough for the family to be there with them and hold their hand. The relief I would see on the family's face, knowing that their loved one was being taken care of pays off in ways material things never could. I got into care-taking initially to make some extra income in a way that came naturally to me. Although I was no stranger to the medical field, I wasn't sure what to expect. Now, some time later, I can say that there is a satisfaction in knowing that I am playing a small role in a family's journey to best provide for their loved one. Being called a friend of a nearly 90 year old man who I've know a fraction of that time is something I will most likely always hold dear. Listening to stories of a childhood in a different era, a marriage that spanned over six decades, and the ups and downs of a life lived are all things not easily obtained. As someone who can't stand the sight of others in pain or misery, I look forward to providing compassion with dignity and care with expertise for your loved one.

I believe what makes me a great caregiver is my genuine care and compassion for all the people I work with. I have been an official caregiver since July 2016. I have a lot of experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia. I also have experience in clinical settings and with nursing care due to my education to become a nurse and I worked in a convalescent hospital as a student so I know how to change a bed bound client, even by myself, and know how to administer medications if needed and how to perform bed baths and showers for clients. *** due to school I am only available Monday-Friday for day shifts. Tuesday and Thursday not available until after 12pm and Wednesday I have class 12pm-5pm making Wednesday availability limited. I am not available most weekends but if planned ahead of time I can work 2/3 weekends out of the month.

I am currently a PBX Operator working for Ballard rehabilitation hospital as a partime, i have Caregiving experience for 6years and 4 years of CNA". I love providing home care services And having that patient bond making them smile makes me feel I have done my job right. I am a very positive person with patience and a very caring caregiver, i have currently a background check done by my other job i can provide number.

I became a caregiver because I like to help other out and it make me feel good about myself that i could help other people out ,my biggest achievement is bei g there for others and that i help them out and we can build that patient client trust with one another i real enjoy my job and that am doing something to help others out.

I became a care giver because people are always going to need care at one point in their life of another person. I am a honest and caring person I have a big heart and I care about everyone. I like being a care giver because I establish a relationship with the person I care for so just to make the happy and comfortable is a blessing. A personal achievement is that I have helped and became a friend to the people I care for its not about money but the time I put in where help is needed. I am single mother of two children looking for work. I was an administrative assistant for nine years. I got laid off and I know I wanted a career change so I went to school for medical assistant. and attending college for my new career path in dietetics. I'm so excited I want to educate people to learn that our bodies are a temple and we have to take care of it .

I became a CNA because I love having the ability to help people in need. I love when my patients tell me how much they appreciate me and how good I am doing that's what keeps me motivated to being the good nurse that I am! I am personally proud of the fact that I have stuck with my first job for 9 months being a nurse!

I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping those need some assistance with their care. I enjoy establishing relationships and seeing a smile on the face of the person I am helping. I achieved my Vocational Nurse certificate. I am a nursing graduate that has work experience with individuals with Alzheimer's/Dementia. I enjoy applying the skills I have acquired to help those in need.

I wanted to become a caregiver because when I was young my mother use to take me along with her when she went to work as a caregiver. I thought it was so neat how she loved and cared for her patients. I like being a caregiver because I love helping and making people happy. I want them to feel comfortable with me. My name is Alexis and I have been a caregiver for around 2 years now. I'm 20 years old in I treat my patients like they're my family.

I love providing home caregiving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing. always give 100% and do the best job I can, with no exceptions or excuses. I also try to bring a sense of humor to my work. If I can add a smile or laugh to a client’s day, that means a lot to me. It is important to laugh.

The reason I became a caregiver is because i have the compassion for peoples needs, Im very lovable & would love for someone to treat & be a loving kind person to me & any friend or my family member if ever needed. Ive worked with many different clients learned alot & clients have grown attached to me as I have with them & proud to say this is where i see myself always helping & caring for others. Hello, my name is Molly Nguyen. I’m a caring and a responsible person. I love to make my clients laugh and enjoy their day. One of the reason I became a caregiver, because of my parents and my loving care for the elderly. I would love to give them an experience that they are special, and I’m here for them to take care like their family would have. When I think about giving care, I’m thinking about my parents. Therefore, I will give my 100% care. Being a caregiver is a rewarding experiences, where I can also have learned from clients.
