Hello! My name is Suthep and I am proficient and dependable CNA . I tend to my patients' needs with the utmost care and respect. I assist my patients' with several daily activities such as; bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. My patients and team members describe me as compassionate, positive, and polite. I have assisted patients from all backgrounds and I enjoy bringing comfort to those in need. My greatest achievement that I am most proud of is being able to save a life by performing CPR. I communicate effectively with the family of my patients to ensure that their loved one is receiving the best care.

I earned my bachelors degree in psychology at the University of California Riverside. At the moment I am in nursing school. I was a caregiver for 2 years prior to beginning school. I love helping others and I am great at it. I am very patient and observant. I do everything with attentiveness and precision. I gain satisfaction by making others feel comfortable and happy.

I enjoy helping people and once my grandmother and parents needed assistance with aging my career shifted from teaching to caregiving. I enjoy getting to know people and learning about them, while caring for them. I am proud of raising my family and completing school. I have traveled all over the United States and the world, and I enjoy reading.

As a caregiver, I like to help anyone who needs help. For last 25 years, I have helped my sister who has Mental Development Disability disorder. I'm patience, compassion, empathy, have interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, and the initiatives to get things done. I worked with dementia and Alzheimer elders and mentally development adult. I have worked in high tech companies for over 20 years, worked on projects, and deal with coworkers and managers at all levels. I communicate clear and effectively, my time management has been very punctual and utilize the time efficiently, good observation of my environment/issues, and always trying to find solutions if issues arise.

I am only 21 years of age however I have a great amount of experience in Caregiving. My mother has been a nurse & caregiving all of my life and I start been her assistant at 14 , then started caregiving on my own at 16. I am very great with whoever that I am caregiving for, and would appreciate the opportunity to became the caregiver you need. Also a CNA and I got my experience working in a riding facility. Also have my Home Health Aid license.

I am a great caregiver because I possess the skills and knowledge associated with care giving. I am patient and gentle, I possess good communication skills, a good team work spirit and a strong working ethic background. I have been working in the medical field for the past 8 years, having previously been an EMT, medical assistant, and now a CNA. I am a social person, greatly enjoy meeting various people and interacting with my patients/ clients, and seeing my work help make a person's day easier or a little brighter. I am attentive and responsive to my patient's needs, and dislike call lights being left unattended and unanswered for long periods of time.

I am a great caregiver because I have patience and I always try to make my clients feel comfortable. It is very important to me to make my clients feel comfortable and happy. I am very reliable as well. I give all duties 110% every time. I became a caregiver because it's my passion to help those in need. It truly makes me feel good to know the hand I lend is helping someone. I love the smile or the "thank you" I receive from families and the client themselves. I can tell I am appreciated and that makes my job completely worth it. A personal achievement I am proud of is that I finished my CNA courses with a 3.9 GPA.

When I worked as a nurse I was able to learn excellent communication skills, patient (customer) care, along with organization, and written skills. With my volunteer work, I have been able to increase my network with others and learned further leading skills. While doing my volunteer work I have discovered my love in teaching and am currently striving to become a high school teacher. Since I am currently going to a university I am looking for a part-time job that will not interfere with school. I still love taking care of people and want to help others.

I was first a caregiver to my grandmother, who was hospitalized after fracturing her back. Seeing the progress she did and being able to be there during the roughest days sparked an interest to become a caregiver. I then took on a caregiver job at an assisted living and loved it! Being able to help others and put a smile on their face by the little things I do makes the job worth doing. This is what sparked me to become a nurse. I am currently going to nursing school to continue my journey of helping others.

I've known I wanted to be a caregiver since a very young age. Especially with my mom being a CNA herself I knew I wanted to follow in her footsteps too. My first introduction to caregiving was in 2020 at a assisted living facility for elderly residents diagnosed with dementia. Shortly after I was able to obtain my CNA license and through my work at Clipboard Health I've been able to gain experience at different facilities that ranged from rehab centers, hospitals, to nursing homes. I'm currently continuing my education at CSUSM to obtain my nursing degree :)

I provide the level of support needed for the individual to live successfully in their own home 2 years of work experience: Living support , Personal attendant : provide innovative programs and services for children, adolescents and adults with emotional and behavioral disorders. Diagnoses that include anxiety disorders, Bipolar Disorder, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders -Assisting or teaching individuals to learn and perform necessary daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry, paying bills -Accompany individual to appointments and other daily activities throughout the day. -Provide companionship, fellowship, and protection to individuals -Communicating with the individual being served by talking, listening, and providing encouragement and support to foster a positive relationship.

I genuinely love being of service to others. It is in my nature to care and helps those in need. My ultimate career goal is to become a Doctor and the best way I believe to understand the foundation of serving others is by starting as a caregiver. I enjoy the direct one on one contact. I have learned a lot and seen a lot and I would want to continue putting my excellent skills to use.

Hello, my name is Ashley Tirona. I was born and raised right here is San Diego. I am 26 years old with roughly 2 years of CNA experience. I have aspirations of one day being a Trauma RN. I graduated from UCR back in 2014 and moved back home to pursue a career in Nursing. I became a CNA because I want to help people. I have always had a compassion to to help those in need and offer my help in any way possible. I chose a career choice where I can do just that in hopes of making an impact on the lives of others. I am confident in the fact that I can implement a positive influence on others. Also, I have had the honor of working with an abundance of patients and had the pleasure to give back to our older generation, all the while hearing their intriguing stories. I have the patience and sympathy to work with different types of illnesses and maintain a positive attitude. My previous experience has allowed me to learn how very different every patient is and what they enjoy doing. Besides the CNA work I have done, I am continuing my education and am CPR and First Aid certified. I have knowledge and first hand experience of treating wounds of varying stages. I understand what my duties as a caregiver means, which is taking care of the client and maintaining their health. The most important thing to remember while caring for the elderly is to imagine them being your very own loved one and how you would want them to be care for.

I think I am a great caregiver because I have a great deal of experience, patience and compassion towards our elderly community. I have had my grandparents live with us over the years and have enjoyed spending a great deal of time with them. Some of my greatest memories have been with being able to help them in their time of need. I enjoy helping wherever I can in grooming, cleaning, cooking, conversation, running errands and assisting in exercise. I am proud of being able to be there for my grandma twice when she was about to fall. I was able to catch to catch her in time before hitting the ground. I think our elders have worked very hard their whole lives to help others and now it is our turn to honor them and show respect by helping them.
