I became a Caregiver because its simply inevitable for me. Its a pathway I could not escape even if I tried. I like doing for others what they cant do for themselves. I find peace of mind, comfort and great sense of achievement in helping to put a smile on another person's face. I have worked as a caregiver for 61/2 years taking care of an elderly who's life I would like to believe that Iv'e touched. I'm 43yrs old, very caring, compassionate, reliable, honest, considerate individual who also shows empathy to others. I am also self motivated, can work on my own initiative, also works well with others and very adaptable to different surroundings. As human, we all have good and bad days and as Aides we have to put ourselves in our clients shoe to really understand what they are going through. I believe I'm a great Caregiver because I have always showed love and support for my client by doing my job effectively & efficiently through altruism & genuinity.

I'm a certified nursing assistant With eight months experience working in a nursing home caring for dementia, hospice, ventilator, total dependent, rehabilitation assistive living patients and dialysis residents.

I have a strong passion for helping others. I take great pleasure in fixing any problem that comes my way. I enjoy making patients feel safe and loved when I am with them. Giving back to my community is very important to me, and that is why I am finishing my Bachelor's in Nursing to obtain my RN license. It requires hard work, perseverance, sleepless nights and a few tears here and there, but I have a zeal for success and I have faith that God will help me succeed. I am very hard working, dedicated, determined and self-motivated. I always strive for success and excellence in whatever I set out to achieve. I have always been an 'A' student and I will be an excellent nurse someday. I can assist you with bathing/showering, laundry, changing beds, light housework, meal preparation, compansionship, and errands.

i am a great caregiver because i am a professional individual who is always properly attired,trust worthy,reliable, on time and courteous i assure that the person in need receives the necessary care to carry on his/her life safely and with dignity, I also sees to it that the basic needs of food,clothing,cleanliness,and shelter are meet by the person in needs.I'm also a great caregiver because i know how to meet my patients emotional needs without becoming co-dependent, i never loose sight of my patient's needs and understands that in order to care for a patient i must also care for myself.

I became a Caregiver because I feel a sense of accomplishment when I'm able to assist those in need of personal care. I helped my Mom take care of my ailing Dad and realized that I was good at it so I got certified in "Care of the Elderly". I'm dependable, compassionate, knowledgeable with a great sense of humor, I'm also told that I'm a good cook. I'm orignally from the Caribbean, speak English and I'm a people person.
