I think my dependability helps me be a great caregiver. I was attracted to caregiving as a young child when my little sister came home from the NICU with a caregiver to assist my mother with her care. Patient interaction is something that I enjoy the most. My proudest achievement thus far aside from my children would be becoming a Nurse.

Hi, I'm Taja I go by TJ. I was a medical assistant And a CNA, I worked with dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I wanted more so I now work with adult with intellectual disabilities as a direct support professional and Supportive living assistant. I am very genuine, goofy, Fun, caring, loving, punctual, adventurous, hard working, and I always go the extra mile. I wanted to be in the medical field ever since I was 6 years old watching my grandmother go through malpractice, neglect, physical abuse and starvation by her Nurses Aide. My Grandfather felt hopeless and killed himself, and my grandmother was still going through it. I kneeled down at age 8 and said " don't worry mama I'm going to become a registered nurse and take care of you myself, we will have a big house and a nice car I promise". She just responded with a "mhmm". She ended up passing away a bit later. After that I kept my same promise for other people because I refuse to let anyone go through what I seen. I treat everyone like family.

I Am Honest, Trustworthy, Caring, Orderly, Dedicated, Timely, Responsible And God Fearing. As A Caregiver, I Provide Caregiving Services To Those Who Are In need Of Care And Compassion. Finally, As A Caregiver, l love To Put A Smile On My Clients' Face.

Always have a positive out look on things even if it doesn't appear to be. The joy of being a caregiver is meeting new people with deferent experiences and learning new things. I helped take care of my grandmother's. One with Dementia, and my other grandmother had a stroke and has Parkinson disease. I would help maintain there house cook,clean,organizing. Then I'll help my grandmother bath , brush her hair ,eat,go to the bathroom or even shower. I also have experience with autism due to my 4 year old son .

My expertise that help me to be a great caregiver is I am a caring person, very professional. I have lots of compassion and I enjoy helping others. I love not just helping others with their Health Care but I live for it. As a young girl my grandmother would take me to work with her and I would watch in awe how she helped others who could help themselves and nurse them back to health. I didn't know that I would be helping her as a teenager after she suffered a stroke and heart attack. But it was a joy and it was natural. when I am helping others whether a baby to an elder, I always hear her words ringing in my ear, treat people the way you want to be treated. So every Grandmother, Grandfather and so on are mines. The main thing I want people to know is that your family is not only safe, but I know how to turn me off, when I am taking care of a client they are #1 priority as far as I know my personal life has never interfered with My job duties.

I have 8 years experience in nursing home, home care and hospital experience. I love helping others. I enjoy being with my patients that don't see there family members often but need someone to talk with and share views

Im a loving,caring person. I've done this line of work for a living. I treat my patients as family.. or how I would like someone to treat my loved one.
