I have compassion for the elderly. Seeing that we all will one day be in their shoes. I pray one day to receive.., the same compassionate, honest, and reliable care. That I have provided to all my clients. I have worked at a couple of agencies: Home Instead, Love 2 Live, Meridian, and Caring Sr Services (changed to Aaron Caring Services) 01/01/18. I even was hired to work at a Senior facility (Monte Vista). Realizing my calling was in in-home services. I chose not to accept the position. I have done several years of private in-home care. I have alot care to give to my clients.., personalizing to each of their needs. I have experienced several types of clients. Ranging from Dementia to a Brain Tumor Hospice client. Hello iam 27yrs of age and I have 9yrs experience working with the elderly and adults with mental disabilities. Iam CPR and first aide an medication certified. I have a high school daploma an a year experience as a medical assistant. In closing I absolutely love the work I do cause I know iam helping someone in need. Iam a loving and caring person and I also have a great sense of humor. I take pride in my work and I will never disrespect, critisize, or hurt any client. I will never leave a client unattended. A great caregiver is someone that has compassion and respect to car for people.Always being on time and being a team player and always being courteous to others.

Being a caregiver, I like to meet the people I care for at the level in which they are. I understand that each person that I care for has their own individual needs and I just like to follow the care plan in which they already have in place and I know that peoples health rapidly change on a day to day basis. A personal achievement that I am proud of is, even though having graduated with an associates degree in Criminal Justice, there is still a level of experience that one should have going into a person's world and meeting their ADL's that it takes a special person with a lot of compassion for others to hone in on . I basically attempt to treat others how I want to be treated.

I am outgoing loving respectful & caring , and something that made me become a caregiver was my great aunt for as long as I can remember my mom always was helping take care of her she had to eventually go back to work so me & my sister stepped up and helped with her she suffered dementia, I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that you are being taught new things as well as the client, A personal achievement I'm proud of is I get to pick a trade in school I choose cosmetology.

I've been working in the healthcare industry for about 6 years. I've mainly worked in assisted living facilities helping and caring for the elderly with Alzheimer's and dementia. I love what I do and will always go above and beyond my expectations for the residents I care for.

I became a caregiver because its very easy for me to get along with others and I get a great deal of pleasure knowing that I can help someone in need. For me being able to assist someone with everyday living is more than satisfying to me being able to put a smile on someone's face is everything
