I spent over 10 years caring for my father, mother and Aunt until they passed in 2013. Have been caring for seniors for the big part of my life. Worked for 27 years in the customer service industry. I love caring for others and making a difference each and everyday in someone's life. I have a very outgoing personality . Love what I do and the joy I can bring others with a smile. Have worked with many different disablities. I feel I bring a lot to the job.

I became a caregiver to be able to take care of people who cant take care of themselves. I want to help and make their life's easier by helping them with their daily routines. What attracted me to being a caregiver was the interaction with elderly patients; it really brings a smile to my face to be able to make sure they're comfortable and feel good. More than anything I like the companionship I can provide because it's the start of good friendships with elderly people. It is my passion to help others.

Hello my name is Denise Quintero i am 24 years old and i am a caregiver. Personally i love being a caregiver meeting all different types of people from all over the world sometimes is amazing, listening to all their stories is fantastic. I love caring for others so much in my daily life that i figured why not be a caregiver and care for people who really need it. I understand caring for someone els can be difficult sometimes to some people but when the time comes everyone needs someone there and i feel most people once someone in their family gets older or sick they tend to have to put them aside because as hard as it is life must go on. So for me being a caregiver is like keeping someone company when someone from their family can't, being a friend and just a shoulder to lean on. I truly love being a caregiver and cant wait to grow with this career and hopefully someday run my own home from residents.

Hello! My name is Betty! I have been a caregiver for seven years now! I decided to become a caregiver at an early age helping my mother care for my grandmother, in her footsteps i have learned a great deal in helping others not just physically but emotionally as well. To further my knowledge I attended a trade school as well as learning from my peers in different job settings. It is a very rewarding job to help others get stronger and independent as they once were and the unity we create along the way. One of my best qualities is patience we all move steadily at our own pace, I understand that and allow growth to come on its own with my help. In other cases, everyday things can become difficult more than they once were and my helping hand can make that transition easier for everyone involved. I am very compassionate about my work and go above and beyond for the people I help. Most of my training and work are along the lines of memory care to bed-bound and as far as wound care. I have a wide variety of skills and eager to learn more further into my career.

I was apauled when I saw the way he was treated in the nursing home. If I can help a family keep there loved ones in there own homes I have done my job.Im a skilled professional , and have worked as a medication tech also worked as a supervisor with 15 employee s in my charge . I've been in this field for over 20 years. I'm a great cook with a excellent work ethics that is very dedicated to the people in my care. I always treat them as if they were my own family with love, dignity and understanding.

I have been caregiver for 3-4 year and currently got my cna license about a year ago.

I believe that I was born a nuturer, but , my mother being sick when I was so young and help my older sisters take care or her , I think, is why I chose this field, or it chose me. I am activities assistant certified. I I got my CNA lic. But, it has expired, I am Medtech certified as well.

I believe everyone should get the best care so that's why I go out of my way and work hard to provide quality care to my clients and I will always work overtime.
