I have 20 years of experience working in the medical field as a Physician Assistant. I have additional studies in nutrition and yoga and have a personal interest in lifestyle medicine. I have a BS in Medicine, and am certified as a PA. I also have certificates in BLS (CPR), ACLS, PALS and plant based nutrition.

In an uncertain world, helping others is such a gratifying way to make a positive difference--it means the world to me to be able to make someone who has lived a long, rich life more comfortable and safe, to nurture and support them. My experience, over the last eight years or so, includes supporting occupational, physical, and speech therapy; assisting with walking and other daily tasks; coordinating care among several staff; and preparing and organizing meals while accounting for a range of sensitivities and tastes (I truly love to cook). I'm a very fast learner, flexible, prompt, tidy and conscientious. I am currently working toward earning my CNA license, and expect to have it by the end of 2020.

I am energetic, positive, patient, and caring. I was attracted to being a caregiver because I have helped so many family members it became part of my routine I enjoy seeing people happy and Im all for it if I can help. The thing I enjoy most about being a caregiver is working with different kinds of people. I am proud to be the first to attend college on a full scholarship in my family.
