Hi there, I just wanted to introduce myself to you and your loved ones. My name is Amanda. I am a very kind, very loving, patient and gentle person. Very protective and supportive. I have been in the healthcare field doing home healthcare for the last 18 years. I am skilled in the use of Hoyer lifts and transfers. I am the kind of person who just loves to help people, always trying to make someone's day go smoother or easier and how to make anyone's day the best day it could be. I became interested in wanting to take care of people as a young child because I had a grandmother who unfortunately had dementia. I loved to make sure that she was okay and comfortable since the very young age of 6 years old. It was just something I always knew I wanted to become a part of, is helping people. I'd love to get the chance to know you and any of your loved ones, even your 6 fur babies. I'm so excited to get to meet and enjoy your company.

I'm a natural born caregiver. So this isn't so much as a job to me, but my purpose for this earth. I understand the elderly community and they understand me. So the companionship is genuine and the time well spent. Without working as a caregiver I don't feel.that sense of fulfillment. I came a long way from a rough childhood and from an even rougher area. I had multiple near death experiences and I just thank God everyday I'm alive. This is my way of giving back.
