My name is Ibraltino Tavares, I am from Portugal I have Master in organizations, leadership and management. My passion is help other special these who depend on us. I have a sister who become mentally challenged I understand how is very important to help others. I been worked with people with disabilities for more the 20 years as well as children with different disorders as well learning disabilities, I also was a school teacher for 7 years helping a young adult have a behavioral problem to realize how he or she they are important like the rest of us. I willing to go above and beyond to help these who can help themselves to be out on community as well as enjoy themselves like everyone else and be part of our community.

Throughout my 8 year career as a Caregiver I have developed a deep understanding of the needs of those with disabilities, the elderly, and those with chronic illnesses. I am a compassionate Caregiver and a reliable professional, who puts the needs of clients first and goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort and safety. I also take pride in my ability to establish strong connections with clients, while providing the highest level of care and support. I am extremely organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring that all aspects of care are completed in a timely manner. I possess excellent communication skills and am able to quickly rapport with clients,as well as their families. My attention to detail and commitment to providing quality care have always been highly praised by my employers.

Hello, I am Briara Tavares. What makes me a great caregiver is being able to communicate, empathize and be a reliable person. I gravitated towards being a caregiver since overall I'm a generous person who loves to help out, but I also have older family members with disabilities so I know it's important for patients to have reliable care when their family can't be there 24/7. What I enjoy most is having patients know they are well taken care of. Personal achievements I am proud of are getting CPR/First Aid & PMT certified.

I've been an LPN for 6 years. I'm experienced with geriatric patients, mostly in a long term care setting. I've also worked in a group home and had some experience with home care.

I love helping people. I am the one that go the extra mile to ensure people are safe, secure and well taken care. I don't mind cleaning, cooking, making sure someone has the basic necessities of life.

I am an extrovert, caring, loving, and considerate, kind and put others needs before mine. I am particularly concerned with our aging population and they care for them so I take extra care to ensure they are happy, comfortable, and has satisfied all their needs before leaving. Being a caregiver is something that is natural to me as I have been assisting the elderly my entire life. I was taught to help the elderly, clean their homes, cook their food, take care of them and I seem to be in high demand at my local church because they know my passion. I randomly take them out to dinner and make sure I take time with them to let them know they are special being a caregiver is something that is natural to me as I have been assisting the elderly my entire life. I am a positive person and in any situation I always will remain calm. I like working with people and aid in them making progress and feeling comfortable in their surroundings. With most of the individuals I have worked with it had taken them 5years to complete toothbrushing ,or bathing and to me that was a great accomplishment for them and it made me feel like I made a difference . I like seeing individuals feeling good about themselves.

I became a Caregiver seeing my grandmother, mom and auntes are nurses to nurses aides. It had become me. I like being a Caregiver because I love taking care of people, it gives me so much joy. A personalachievement I'm proud of is going back to school to become a health care manager. I have been in the healthcare field for over 18 years working as a Home health aide, now im in school furthering my education to become a health care manager. I love helping others it brings joy to my soul.
