Hello I'm Franche'tta Horton living in Norwalk and looking to help a family that is in need. I love helping people that can't do much and I can be a great caregiver for anyone because I use to help take care of my grandmother when she went partially blind/diabetic. I went to school for medical assistant so I have some experience of knowing how to take care of being someone companionship I would love to be there for someone that needs someone to talk to. What attracted me to this job was that one it's flexible for my schedule and my kids schedule. Also I just have a heart to help people, care for people, love them like their my family. I am proud of being a help to someone that really needs help but it not just needs it I want to make that person and that family happy.

I became a caregiver because I like working/helping people. Especially if they are in need of help. What I like about being a caregiver is everything. I like to see them smile. After watching my grandmother go through the stages of cancer and realizing how much love and support she had around her, I wanted to give that same love and support to somebody in need of it..
