Reputation as a self directed Professional with Communication skills. Prioritizing tasks and Organizing Project's to Improve the Quality of Patient Care. I'm a very Strong Team Player. My most accomplishments were becoming a Team Leader in Out Patient Surgery. In the Pre-Op and Recovery Unit. With this accomplishment I was able to Train New Employees in our units. The training helped us to continue to have great success and great teamwork in our unit. I'm very caring of other. I love to work with elderly and Children. Every since I was a little girl I knew I wanted to help people. I want to do something in healthcare. So I decided to become a Certified Nurse Assistant. This was the best decision I every made in life because I really love what I do. To see the smile on the faces of my patients. After Bathing them; Grooming them, Doing hair, Exercising with them and Preparing food for them sometimes even feeding them. Words can not Express the way it make me feel inside SO MUCH JOY!!!.. my Patients are my Family.
