I am a great caregiver because I am caring and compassionate. I like to help people and assist them in accomplishing their goals or simple tasks. I like seeing a smile on someone's face and knowing they're in a better state because of what I was able to do for them. Getting through 2 years of nursing school and working towards a BSN degree is big accomplishment I'm proud of.

Securing trust is fundamental in this line of work. This trust is built on honesty and integrity. As a caregiver, I pride myself being able to building trust with my clients and their families. My name is Abbey Grimes and I have been a CNA for 3 years. I am 20 years old and currently am a student at Pensacola Christian College and just made the nursing program May 2018. I see myself as outgoing and I really do love taking care of people. I have had experience being a CNA in a care home but I have also had experience giving care on a one-on-one bases. What I love about care giving is that I get to help those who cannon help themselves. I love people and love to be able to make them feel like the very special person they are. I am so excited to be starting nursing school this fall and can't wait to further my education of how to take care of others.

Hi there! Im a natural nurturer and caregiver with a sweet and bubbly personality. I'm easy going, patient, and very flexible! I absolutely love caring for others and making sure their needs are taken care of and that they are comfortable. I started caring for my boyfriends grandma and realized how much I love caring for the elderly! It's something I want to do more of! Through the years I have taught and cared for children of many ages and I would love to do the same for others!

In order to be a caregiver in my personal experience you have to have patience and be willing to work with people, and have a good work ethic. These traits I just named are all things that I possess and even more. I was attracted to being a caregiver because it teaches you humbleness.I graduated with a BSN in nursing and worked as a student nurse at West Florida Hospital, Sacred Heart Hospital, Baptist Hospital, and Solaris Nursing Home.
