I am a 28 yr old caregiver/medication technician I have been in this field for 7yrs. When I was little I loved making sure my grandmother and great grandmother was okay and I always helped them around the house. I wanted to continue doing that when I grew up but also help other people as well. I love being able to help somebody achieve a goal or an activity. It makes my job worth it.

I'm interested in being a caregiver because I'd like to increase the amount of care the elderly population receives. As I learned through my previous health care experience, this population often benefits from caregivers who provide companionship and who pay attention to detail.

Out going and great personality. God gave me the ability to take care of other people. I can lift and Transfer people. I can cook and clean. Think I would be a good fit cuz I'm a caring loving person you love to be around old people hear their stories and why would I want to become a caregiver is because my mother did it and then I got a lot on my auntie said to it and I've been with him a few times and I like it and I would like to change my careers to just work with old people cuz I like like I said I like to listen to up and take care of them and be there for um and let them know that someone cares about

Hello, my name is Leigh Ann. I am 24 years old and have been working in senior care for 7 years since 2012. My grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2012 and seeing her go through it made me realize how much I truely loved taking care of people. I am a very easy going person. Also very trust worthy, dependable, patient and loveable. I enjoy being a caregiver mostly because I love to make the edlerly feel good about them selfs again. Making them smile and feel useful over the little things is what I enjoy, to reassure them that everything will be okay.

The thing that makes me a great caregivers is the simple fact I LOVE to spend time and adhere to the needs of the elderly. I love the time and conversations with my elders the wisdom they give pushes me to be a better me. The thing that attracted me to be a caregiver is seeing my auntie in a nursing home and walking down the hallways seeing our elders sitting there with no one to talk to and just looking like life has been taking from them. It broke my heart.

Hello, I'm 26 years and I'm married. I'm a fun loving person. I'm also outgoing . I love being around elderly people. I love to listen to stories some of the residents tell me from when they where children. I enjoy spending time with the elderly and to get to know them.
