My name is Stephanie Jackson. I live in Cumming, Ga with my husband and three children. I have always wanted to be in the field of healthcare and medicine and after 23 years in the automotive business, decided to go back to school and work towards being an RN. I started at Brenau University in the BSN program in the fall of 2015. In February of 2018, I resigned from my job and took a CNA course in March which I completed. I became a certified nursing assistant by the state of GA in April 2018. I also have certifications in BLS and CPR. I am currently employed full time at a hospital but am looking for part-time work to fill in my schedule. I love to help people and I find caring for those in need to be fulfilling and rewarding . I have always been a helper because I love helping. After I emigrated to the United States, I made the decision to go from education to senior care. I chose senior care because I felt like I understand seniors since my family had individuals who live to a very old age. I am very, very proud of all my achievements. Until 1992, I did not exist officially because I was not registered at birth, and I was born at home. Up until then I did not have formal education fast forward to 2014, and I can show a graduate degree after having gone to some very prestigious colleges between Jamaica West Indies and the United States. I am very humble, very tolerant, very proud of my heritage, and most of all I believe my purpose is to serve.

I have been a nurse for almost 11 years , I am compassionate, caring, experienced, attentive, and respectful. I preserve the dignity of my clients regardless of their medical or physical limitations. I am a wife and a mom, I am the executive director/owner of my home health company

I am a compassionate person and enjoy providing care to people of different ages. Caregiving is not just providing physical care to the patient assigned to you. Providing emotional support to patients / clients going through a traumatic (physical or emotional) phase in their lives is also important.

There is no greater joy than enhancing someone's quality of life by helping them stay safe and as independent as possible in their home. I have had experience in a skilled nursing and long term rehab setting as well as experience as a private caregiver for seniors. I am CPR and first aid certified and have experience with a wide variety of ailments such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, Stoke, hip replacement, knee replacement, etc. I am also familiar with adaptive equipment and dressing techniques, transfers, home safety modifications, PEG tubes, colostomy bags, and medication reminders. In addition, I am more than happy to go above and beyond to provide the level of care needed to make my clients happy and improve their quality of life.

Paulette E. Greene Since moving to the United States I have looked for an area in helping where I can serve. My passion has always been helping and I have been searching for a position where I can serve my community. I started in helping at Reddie’s Place of Safety in Jamaica. This was special housing provided by the Government of Jamaica for disadvantaged children. Realizing that I could help more as well as relate, I went to Mico University College where I got my first formal training in Human Service as a School Counselor. After emigrating to the United States I decided to change course and work with seniors , I started out working as a certified home health aide because I wanted to understand from the client’s perspective, and I felt I would understand how best to serve if I served in the client’s home. I then went on to equip myself educationally by acquiring a bachelor’s of science degree in Human Service (behavioral science) and a graduate degree in Applied Gerontology that covers many areas in aging and the family as well as death

Very caring and active individual. Loves to engage patient in conversation. Study patient's behavior in order to determine their mood and what they were up to for the day. Took very good care of the patient. Cared for my mother, also an Alzheimer patient for 14 years, from October 1996 until September 2010. Learned a lot from her experience with the disease. Patient's needs were my first concern. Always putting the patient first and allowing the patient to have an input on what they were feeling up to doing.
