Hello, I have been a CNA for 20+ years, I love taking care of others! I am patient, pay attention to detail and always show empathy!

1. I have always been interested in the medical field and I have always wanted to have a career in which I change lives. I absolutely love to help people, I think it is the most fulfilling thing in the world, and nursing will allow me to do this on a daily basis. Also, it provides endless job opportunities as well as endless opportunities to volunteer in my community. 2. Personally, what I love about being a caregiver there's constant excitement and challenge in a caregivers life. You have the opportunity to make swift decisions, learn each day and never get bored, as each day is different. 3. A personal achievement I'm most proud of is, when I graduated from high school it was one of the best moments of my life. I felt inspired, ambitious, and positive. 4. "My real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time." What I am looking for now is a company that values customer relations, where I can join a strong team and have a positive impact on my nursing career.

I became a caegiver because I have passion for helping others. I love being a caregiver it opens new pathways for personal connections, gives me the oppoprtunity to help others in need and also allows for personal growth.

My compassion and empathy will give off the best energy to any person come in contact with me. I've been known for people to gravitate to me for spiritual purposes . Overall I am indeed a all around happy person and can brighten up the room. Having to take care of my granny her last years on earth, it wasn't not easy but as she always said "you do a great job at making it look easy" living with Alzheimer's, type 3 diabetes ,breast cancer , and 4 years of trembling limbs and a short tempered bladder, constantly in and out of rehabilitation, 7day medication dosages , well I was the one making all that happen and I'd do it again . The times we laughed and reminisced into the past for her understanding we never missed out on a happy day. She became to be more comfortable with knowing she was not going to be here long but in so timing she enjoyed every second. Passed away at age 96 with a smile as big as the half moon . She indeed was and still is my motivation my reason for caring and giving . This I know , my passion for caring , nurturing , understanding, listening, observing ,will always be a great contribution to family or household dealing with similar situations .

My patietance is really good. I don't yell or scream at others. I love working with the older people I love to talk,laugh and share stories with them. My parents had my mom parents staying with us for 9 years and its in my blood taking care of people and loving it while you do it.

Hello my name is LaKita Alexander an I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant for about 15 years. What attracted me to this field was wanting to be in nursing since I was younger. I entered a certified nursing assistant program found an upscale living community for employment an I have been working in the field since. I am passionate, patient, caring, an I love assisting people with their daily activities. I love the new day to day experiences an also learning new things from the clients that I work with. One of my greatest achievements with being a caregiver is being patient with my client maintaining a great relationship, and being able to keep that long term relationship with my clients.

I have over 20 years of patient care experience working in home health, nursing home and hospital settings. I am compassionate towards all my clients and work along with families to meet the need of clients.

I am truly a peoples person who loves looking out for peoples best interest. I have been in this line of work for 23 years and i can honestly say i have matured over the years. I also have private duty hospital nursing home hospice care and group home experience. I love building relationships with people and for those who lost their purpose in life i love to encourage those ones to keeping striving and fighting to never ever give up. People say i have this positive energy about me. I hear to lift people up not tear them down

I am a great person to help people it's in my nature to help people! Helping people has always been up my ally I'm naturally drawn to helping others who can not do for themselves I enjoy the experience and getting to really know and bind with the client.
