I'm am working on going to school to become an In home Physical Therapist Assistant. I have experience with cooking,cleaning, using a lift to move from mobile chair to bed, wound care experience, Trach care experience, bladder bag care, bed bathing experience, feeding experience, physical therapy experience and medication management. I can do anything from you light care needs to heavy care. I am a generally happy gal with tons of motivation.

Hello my name is Valerie some things about me is I do love my job as a caregiver I've been doing it for a few years now . What I enjoy about this type of work is fainting that relationship with my clients, being able to develop that trust and understanding with them is my favorite part of the job.what attracted me to this type of job is my grandma developed dementia a few years ago so that was one reason . But I enjoy being in the medical field and helping people and being able to make my clients smile. Some of my personality traits that make me the great caretaker I am today is I've very empathetic and I like to treat my clients as family and make that extra step to make sure I learn how they like things done and what they enjoy doing.

I started this career path because I was 15 taking care of my great grandmother. I knew then this is what God wanted me to do. What made me a good caregiver I used to date care of my dad he has emphysema I used to him for 5 years when I was 25 years all I take him to his appointments and give you the medication sometimes I take you to the park where he feels better after that Ij encourage myself to start working as a caregiver my personality is care about people and their families when they coming through difficult situation about People's Health and then I encourage myself working with people elderly people and working for people with special needs as well I have patient with people sometimes when they feel alone they made me feel proud when I take care of people and they they angry with me and then see me call sometimes they really mad with me and sometimes they made me feel so happy when they tell me I like you I love you thank you for being here for me. that made me feel really proud of for my job.thank you.

I have been a HHA/ CNA for 20 years or more, It's something I've enjoyed over the years. Majority of my employment shows much of this on my resume. After, everything is over at the end of the day I'm not content unless I have done everything accurately and that the patient is ok. I have also further my career in the medical field, I completed my NCT- Xray in Sept. 29, 2014 and currently enrolled in CMA/Phleb/EKG expected completion Dec. 8, 2014. I have award from previous college stating some of my character.

I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomist, I work At two major hospitals. I have over 8 years experience yet all my life i have cared for others, volunteered in local libraries to help children become better readers and much more. I will always treat my patients with the love and care.

I am a mother of 3 boys, 1 in college, 1 just Graduated college also in the Army Reserve 2nd LT, and I enjoy making a difference in people's lives. My greatest fulfillment other than being a mother, was taking in my grandmother who at the time was diagnosed with Dementia. I cared for her for 10 yrs. as well as at the time expecting my youngest child. I am a family oriented person who enjoys cookouts, youth re-treats with my church, and I have also done Missions work in New Orleans helping people affected by Hurricane Katrina. I've regularly assisted in feeding the homeless. Helping people who can no longer do for themselves in some capacity should be the greatest feeling for the caregiver as will as the person being care for. I look forward to meeting you !!

I became a caregiver, because I always wonted to help people. The most gratifying feeling to me is the helping someone that can't do for themselves, and to feel appreciated. My grandmother passed when I as 18 and I loved her dearly, I have always had a soft spot for the elderly and handicapped. This is my way of giving back. my personal achievement is getting my CNA, phlebotomy training, and CPR. I have a lot of experience in the medical field, I have worked in Rehabs ,surgery centers, hospitals, and private duty. have over 19yrs. experience.
