Hello, my name is Cacharel :) I've been a professional caregiver for the past 7 years. I'm compassionate, loving, affectionate, hard-working, meticulous and very well organized. I'd like to work with clients whose family can appreciate those qualities. I've always had an affinity for the elderly. Growing up, my mother was an activities director. Everyday after school I'd go to the nursing home where she worked and help her tend to her patients. I'd help feed them, play games with them, etc. I became a caregiver after my grandmother had a stroke. She didn't want to be in a nursing home. Elderly people don't necessarily want to be placed in a nursing home. They want to live out the rest of their days at home, surrounded by their own belongings in an environment they consider familiar/safe. I understand that and I'd like to aid in that process.

I am a high energy and very positive woman! I believe where there is a will there is a way. We all need a little TLC in our life's! I love caring for others and making everyone feel like they still have some choices left. I help care for my mother in law who is has a feeding tube and is treachostomy. I want to be able to help care for your loved one. I know how important it is to get a little help. To know that your loved one is being cared for while you are away at work or out to dinner. what makes me a great caregiver is my compassion for the elderly people.
