I have been taking care of my parents since September of 2020 doing in home care for my parents. I have experience teaching exercise class since 1999 in gentle stretching and Yoga/Pilates. It has been a great experience giving them aid in their last years of life. I have a BLS CPR certification that is valid until 9/2021. It has been a very rewarding experience being with them during their final years and taking on their care of them and make them smile. Although most of my previous positions have been in the administrative assistant position I have truly enjoyed being a part of making a difference in elderly persons life and being there for them to help them with their care and making life a little easier for them.

I'm a great caregiver because I take care of people with gentleness and kindness and dignity and respect as if it were my on family member.

Hi! I am 57 years old and a mother of 4 and grandmother of 11 children. My family lives in Illinois and I live here with my husband. I am a caring and empathetic person whom cares in a persons well being and needs. I recently took care of a room mate who came down with brain cancer and ended up taking care of her for 3 years until her loving son took her to Maryland for her final days. I have worked part time at a corporate restaurant locally for the past 7 1/2 years as well. I am looking for other part time work being a caregiver as I enjoy doing this!
