I enjoy being a caregiver because I love to help fellow people and there needs ... I don't mind if u have pets I'm willing to care for them as well and I been a caregiver for 4-5 years and did all extensive care .

I've been a caregiver since 2020, I enjoy helping not only my residents but also their families.. I come from a family of RNS/CNAS and also I've always found joy in helping others which persuaded me to get into the caregiving. I'm very patient, kind and I really have a passion for what I do!

After bend a certified nursing assistance since 96 now I decide to go to school for my RN degree proud of my self for having the courage to looking for a better life . Since a very young age I have always been interested in spending time with older people. I love to help and make people smile. I completed my certified nursing studies in 2007 and it was at that point I realized that caring for people, especially the elderly, was my calling. To me, I think it's being able to put yourself in the older person's shoes and understand that they were also my age once and had the whole world at their feet. I think you need the gift of the gab to resonate with people and make them feel comfortable with you and get to know you better. Home care is a personal experience and it can be incredibly fruitful if the relationship is more caring and personal.

well i'm a certified nursing assistant and mother of 12 i've been in this position for about 10 years and caring for the elderly and disabled is a job i love to do. working in customer service prior to this helped me to understand what my priorities are in working with the elderly and disabled. working is this environment helps me to understand that at some point in everyone's life they will need help and family members are sometimes not able to give that full time help so that's where we come in as caregivers. i learn so much from the individuals that i care for their lives are so interesting and informative which why i do what i do and my compassion and understanding of their needs and wants is very important to me. i've worked in facilities, hospitals and residential homes and nothing was more rewarding to me then working in the persons' homes because of the individualized attention your able to give to the resident. hopefully i'll be able to do this work until i can't work anymore.

I became a caregiver because I wanted the experience and idea of what it would be like to be a nurse or around the same sort of occupation because I really enjoy helping others. I take care of those the way I would want someone to take care of my family members. People deserve to be treated with love and affection no matter what circumstance they face or are in.
