I have been told that I am a great encourager. With being a caregiver, sometimes, all it takes is a little encouragement, to go a long way. My attraction to wanting to become a caregiver, goes way back to when I was 9 years old. I was adopted by older parents (58 and 63). As I grew older, at age 12, I became interested in visiting an elderly neighbor. I would ride my bike to her house just because of her cool stories of her childhood, (and she provided cookies.) Little did I know, that my attraction to being a caregiver was already in the making of who I was meant to be as an adult. She even sent me a card in the mail and it stated I was her "favorite person." That meant SO MUCH to me! The only thing I can think of about something I'm proud of achieving would be when I worked in Customer Care at a gym, and the owners gave me a "Loving People Award." Other than that, just the simple fact that my two children have grown up to become upstanding, fine adults and are parents, themselves. So watching them figure things out as adults, makes me feel so proud of them.

Hello! How're you doing? My name is Elena, I have been a caregiver for over 7 years. I am an easy going, cat loving, loyal and hard-working aide. Caring for others comes easy for me, as it makes me feel like I'm living a life with purpose by making time for those who need a helping hand. There is gracefulness that can come from serving others, regardless of how big or small the action is.

I am sensitive to people' s needs with physical and mental disabilities. I love providing care to those unfortunate to provide proper care to themselves I' m very loving caring compassionate dependable and reliable I treat and provide care to the clients the way I would want someone to take care of my family member and I build that trust and bond relationships with my clients so that they feel comfortable with me working with them.

I have a somewhat goofy personality, I like to joke around and sometimes be silly, but I'm very good with the elderly. I'm very kind and understanding about them not being able to do things on their own or that they may take a little longer. I don't rush them. And they tend to appreciate that. I decided to be a CNA in 2002 because I was tired of working as a waitress and needed a better paying job to support my children, but I also enjoy being around elderly people and talking to them, learning about their lives, what they did for a living, their families and I LOVE looking at their old pictures and helping them walk down memory lane. I think an achievement I'm proud of is paying 50,000 dollars cash for our house. My husband got a settlement and that's what we did with it. My PERSONAL achievement that I'm proud of is of course my children but also being able to survive the death of my 5 year old daughter and to be able to tell parents how important it is to keep medications locked up. There's a lot of things I'm proud of in my life, way too many to list here.

I have been a caregiver for over 11 years and I love being able to help others. I am respectful, empathetic, kind, caring and so much more.

I am a mother of three adult daughters, I owned my own business for 25 years. Daycare. I have been a Cna Cma home health aide and activity director for 3 years. I enjoy taking care of others and assisting with the personnel care needs. I enjoy helping those who no longer or can not take care of themselves.

Hello! My name is Morgan Dick and I am a caregiver. I come with a lot of patience, I am kind, and I truly care for the health of others. My soul purpose in life is helping others. I have been in the medical field for over six years now and also have a year of LPN/LVN training. I have worked mostly as a CNA over the course of my six years but have also worked in clinics as a medical assistant and as a phlebotomist. I come with a great attitude and the ability to perform my job with no issues. I have chosen to be a Can or private caregiver because I helped my great grandmother when she needed all the help in the world. I devoted my life/time just to my grandmother. I have a big caring and giving heart. my passion in life is to help those in need. I dedicated every second after my great grandmother passed to going to school to become a Certified nurse aide, because I seen how the aides were and acted to my grandma and I knew how much she loved them just like her own family. I have 8 siblings, me being the youngest and the only girl. I would love to connect with a family that is willing to accept me into their own family and let me take care of their loved ones.

I started caring for my parents at the age 18 my mother had to do in homecare liver treatment my stepfather was a diabetic. My biological father had a stroke 2 years ago and I moved back to care for him. I went to school in 2016 in Kansas and got certified as a nurse aide, medication aide , and home health aide I am currently certified in the state of California as a CNA

-I became a care giver when I first took care of my Grandmother who was 90 years and no one else in the family was willing to take of care of her and so took the responsibility and was able to handle it perfectly even before I took my CNA class. - I like being a caregiver because the elderly appreciates all what i do for them. -My personal achievement I am proud of is I have seen when family members have lost hope and have been able to comfort and made the environment better. -I am a very social person and get a long in all situation in relation to being a caregiver, I always accept my mistakes and willing to be corrected when on the wrong I also like team work whenever it is required.

I am a great caregiver because I take the time to know each individual person I take care of. I treat all my people as if they are my mother or my family. I give them the card that I would want given to my them. I love the people I take care of. I enjoy seeing them smile and laugh. I enjoy seeing their talents and learning their knowledge. My greatest accomplishment is raising my 3 amazing kids on my own and going to school full time and working full time. My kids are my greatest accomplishment.

I've been a cna for 13 years and love it! To watch faces light up when telling "when I was young" stories.... PRICELESS! I'm bright eyed bushy tailed! Outgoing and determined.
