I think its very rewarding to help people..my name is ondre banks I've been doing healthcare 8yrs now..I love people very funny I keep a smile & positive attitude...I work well with others as well as by myself...I'm very punctual & dont mind working overtime.

1. I have always loved to care for others, i have great experience in this field due to my great grandmother who i helped care for. i Also worked at a care home, and enjoyed going to work everyday to see my residents. They always put a smile on my face. 2. since i was little, i always loved to help others no matter what the situation was. I like to make people happy and put a smile on there face. 3. A personal achievement i'm proud of would be that all of my residents voted me sweetheart of the month. That was the best feeling ever knowing that i made all of them feel safe, cared for, and important. 4. I'm 19 years old and just had my first child, a beautiful baby girl named kaylene. I love being a mother and wouldn't change it for the world.

I enjoy the one one interaction of working with my clients in thier own home. It gives thier family and themselves piece of mind to know someone is there with them and guiding them safely through thier day. I'm personable and energetic which makes me easy to get along with. Working in a personal setting feels more like going to a family members home to visit instead of going to work everyday.
