I wanted to become one when my Grandfather got sick it also helped me become closer to him.What I enjoy most is learning and helping and seeing them smile .My most personal achievement that I'm proud of is I was able to step outside of my comfort zone and get any job done

What do I enjoy most of being a caregiver is the way I treat people and they say you are such a sweet person and I love you for taking me care, because most people don't treat me that way. I became a CNA in 1998, I love working with the elderly. It makes me smile, laugh, love, and take care of my clients. I been working as a Direct Service Worker for about three years now. I love what I do and I wouldn't change my career, beening able to still be in the Medical Field just makes my day. I love working with elderly clients.

Hi, My name is Dominique Gayfield I have been a CNA for 18 years..I have always wanted to take care of the elderly, because I watched my beautiful grandmother do the same..It has always been my passion to become a Nurse...I moved to Texas 3 years ago. I have work with a great company in that time frame..I will be a great fit because I know how much a person/family member needs to have that extra care for a family member without the extra worrying..

I'm a very caring and dependable person. I put everyone else needs before mine. I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping others succeed and to do things that they can no longer do for themselves. I became a caregiver because of my grandmother who needed help but we couldn't afford to get a private sitter and couldn't afford to put her in a nursing home. I enjoy seeing their smiles when helping them do something they wanted to do themselves, showing them that it's still hope and to lighten up their day with kindness. A personal achievement of mine is to know I became an aid my junior year of high school and I have been working as an aid none stop I enjoy doing it. I attend college at McCann business and Technology school in Monroe, La my career path is to become a surgical technologist.
