Hello my name is Sharon I've been working with clients for 30 years.... some with disabilities some elderly and some mentally challenged. I'm now retired from Commonwealth of mass. and living in Melbourne. Feeling Way to young for retirement and looking for clients in need. I enjoy what I do.

1. I became a caregiver because I enjoy help my elders and giving them the proper care they need. 2. What I like about being a caregiver is you can learn many things, whether you work in a nursing home, or a hospital, and it opens many doors of opportunity, especially if your trying to further your education in the health field. 3. A personal achievement that im proud of that I achieve is graduating high school, getting my CNA license, and im working towards achieving more of my goals in the future. 4. I am very customer service based. I like to provide top care for anybody who I take care of. I am very patient and an EXCELLENT listener, communicator, and problem solver. I like to turn frowns upside down with a sense of humor, positive affirmations, encouragement, empowerment, and acknowledgement I like to listen and hear people talk about their woes so they have somebody whom they can feel safe and comfortable expressing themselves to and provide a listening and empathetic and sympathetic ear and to provide encouragement and empowerment. What I enjoy most about being a care giver is easing my clients' worries about being properly cared for and easing their worries about having a stranger in their house. I have been a caregiver for 20 years and love what I do. I became a caregiver at the age of 17 years old before I worked with the elderly population I worked as a mental health aide and discover that I love helping those who are in need of good caring hands. I am 22 Years old and just recently moved to Columbus GA from Boston, MA. I have been a caregiver since 2014. I always knew I wanted to become a registered nurse since an early age, and becoming a CNA wasn't always a thought of mine. I first knew I wanted to become a CNA when my nana was placed in a nursing home. I would visit everyday and I saw how poorly the residents were treated by the CNA'S at this particular facility. I thought to myself if I can become a CNA, then I know there is atleast one person that will treat them right. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a purpose. Everyday I wake up and go to work I'm making a difference in someones life. A personal achievement I am proud of is the time I spend helping a friend of mine gain strength to walk again after being paralyzed in a motor accident.
