I am a 39 year old mother of two, who has worked in the healthcare field for the pass 17 years. I really enjoy working and helping families in need and caring for people. I have worked every shift and have done every job title in a nursing facility. The patients are my number one reason why I continue this type of work. I am very heart-filled with working in the healthcare field and looking forward to meeting new patients and families.

My name is Natasha Ross, I'm 34 year's old and I've been a caregiver for 6 years. I have always loved working with the elderly because they teach me so much about life and all what I have to look forward too in life for good and bad. I'm proud to say that I been at my same job all these year's and have accomplished having patients with other's and receiving my med tech certification. I also have a special talent working with dementia patients, for some reason when someone is having trouble at my job they call on me to help them out and the patient always listen to me.

I became a caregiver 30+ years ago because I like helping and meeting people, I try to make a difference in a person's life, I'm kind, loving, thoughtful, patient, respectful and considerate, I punctual, never miss a lot of days from work.

1-I love taking care of others and making them happy. 2-Satisfaction of helping others. 3-Following a career choice due to a promise of helping others I made my Pop before he passed on. 4-I am a loving mother of 3 and a Grammy to a beautiful little angel, I love being around friends and family.
