I'm a 33 year old wife and mother and extremely hard working since I was 14 years old. I am dependable and have a strong work ethic. I work for University of Michigan as a medical assistant.I have 10 years in home healthcare and a strong medical background. I have both group home, private care nursing home and hospital setting background. More of background Includes everything from pediatric to geriatric, ADL, Paraplegic and quadriplegic care Alzheimer and parkinson's disease, dementia and infectious disease. Knowing that I am making a difference in someone else's life has kept me in the healthcare field. This is why working with the elderly population is what I enjoy the most. After studying Gerontology as my minor, I learned more about aging, wellness and how to make their living situations more comfortable and enjoyable. I love caring for others. I have 5 years experience as of right now! These 5 years consist of working in an assisted living facility, as well as a skilled nursing facility. I have taken care of people since 1985. Including my Aunt who passed away 6-29-2021. I had taken care of her 4 years before she passed away. I took care of a lady who was legally blind back in 1985.

I've work with health care professionals in independent living environments/ assisted living environments and nursing homes for 6 years and counting, I truly desire and is very determined with my work ethic when it comes to caring for people. My passion for this job field is very skilled. I would love to be apart of the team and show my skills to your loved one . Becoming a healthcare professional has always been my passion since childhood, admiring my elders who served as healthcare professionals while growing into an adult has giving me a lot of motivation. I am now a mom of 2 with a child who's special needs and caring for him along with learning more about his health has motivated me even more to continue my work as a healthcare professional.

I'm 23yrs I have a 3yr old daughter and a baby boy on the way. While I've only been in the field professionally for a short period of time, I've been looking after and caring for people my whole life. I love the work that I do, and take pride in being able to help people and make a difference in their lives. I still keep in touch with almost all of my previous patients, I'm constantly left in awe that many of them still use some of the tactics that I've used with them. I try to brighten up each person's day, no matter what I may be going through personally, and insist on taking care and treating each patient the way I'd want a member of my family to be treated.
