I have always had a passion for care giving.I enjoy caring for individuals.I,am frist aid &CPR trained certified,CNA,certifed Experienced in wound care,can operate a nebulizer machine,i enjoy being a caregiver for me it's not just a job ,it's another way to connect to people that can't do for them self.my personal achievement ,my neice was born 3 months premature,i worked with u of m Doctors & nurses to learn the best way to care for at home.

I love being a caregiver because I was raised up under my grandparents. Being there to help them and being in church to help all of the elders and ones in need was everything to me. I feel like if you can help someone that can not help themselves why not? I understand it's hard for some to even cope with the fact that they can't do for themselves. We should be there to smile and help. What I enjoy most is being able to lift someone's spirit on days they feel like they didn't want to get out of bed. I've learned being in this field you have to have a heart for it. I love it and always have.

Hello my name is Joanna I've been a home health aide for about over 16 years I started working in this field a little bit after I was 18 and my grandmother passed away taking care of her gave me the desire to want to take care of other people as well. I'm not too big on nursing homes so I definitely prefer to take care of someone in their home no one should have to be put in a nursing home. i'm also a mother of three boys I work as a patient care technician at U of M hospital in the cardiac vascular center.I have worked there a little bit over three years. Over the last years I have worked with variety of patients . The last seven years I have worked with TBI and quadriplegic auto accident patient I also have a lot experience with dementia patients as well.

I'm very caring I'm the only child I was raised by my mother and my grandma I love looking out for others and helping I'm very outgoing and spoken I love people and people love me

My name is Ayianna. I am 26 years old, I've worked in the health care field since I was 17 years old. I have experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's , TBI , Hospice , seizures , compassion care , cleaning , showering and feeding. I love caring for others and making things easier for families.

I have been doing home care for over 20 years, I have worked with TBI, spinal cord injury, dementia, and cancer patients. I love being able to help whenever I can.
