I've been a caregiver for about 5 years now. I love every aspect of my job. Helping people who are not in the position to help themselves is the reason I got into caregiving.

Hello I'm Mary! & I'm a very trusting & reliable person! Love to put big smiles on people's faces! I am sweet with a great personality! I have been a former Registered Nursing Assistant for 13 years! I took care of the Elderly in Nursing Homes, Independant Living Homes, I was a PCA too, Take great Pride in all my job Endeavors!!

I was 14 attending a walk-a-thon for breast cancer survivors at my county fairgrounds. My step mom took me by surprise when she handed me a yellow ribbon that said, "CareNurse" and asked me to walk with her. I felt honored, my actions were recognized and my heart filled with love. Knowing thats the reward for being a caregiver encourages me to be a great caregiver. I've learned over the years mindfulness skills play a huge role in my emotional health being able to provide the best care. I have a wide range of experience in caregiving. My actions are seen as genuine, I've learned to communicate assertively and lead my interactions with people with empathy. I'm proud of who I am and the value system I have in place.

I started out as a housekeeper and worked my way to being a caregiver. I have been caregiving for over 15 yrs. I prefer more of the companionship side. I love to talk and shop. I am a huge animal lover. I am cpr/first aid certified and i have a class one finger print card. I can help with showers but i cannot lift due to a back injury. I am compassionate and caring. I love helping elderly.

I am 28 years young, with 12 years experience caring for seniors that are no longer able to do it all themselves. Growing up, I have always had a soft spot for my elders and helping others has always been my passion. I truly care about my clients and their families, and the relationships cultivated by caring for others loved ones as one of my own :)
