I make a great care giver because I love what I do.I love to help other people accomplish their activities of daily living.I became a caregiver /CNA because I have always wanted to be a nurse and I think this gives me a better platform to achieving that dream

I have been a care giver since 2004. Helping people is one of my gifts from God. I will be completing my nursing degree in 2019.

I was actually recruited out of a gas station by the director of nursing for National Healthcare, located in Saint Charles ,Mo. She was a daily customer. One day, she let everyone go ahead of her in line. She then, complimented me on my people skills and asked if I had ever considered nursing.I wasn't sure I would be an appropriate candidate. However, the first day, I knew it was what was meant to do. I truly love to make a difference in the lives of others. I am a skilled ,efficient , compassionate C.N.A. With the ability to please even the hardest patients. I attended college at Southwest Baptist University for an Associate of Science in Nursing. Maintained full time employment through SSM, and raised three children as a single parent. Although, I stopped the semester before my clinical, I am enrolled to finish my degree.

I love meeting new culture.. talks about about their culture .. and listen to to them ...and learning from them ..matching tv or movies with the residents playing cards with them anything's the make them feels comfortable and enjoying ther time etc. Because everyone Deserve that !!!

I SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH, WHAT MAKES ME A GREAT CAREGIVER, IS BECAUSE I HAVE PATIENCE, LOVE AND KINDNESS TOWARDS MY SENIORS, ALSO BEING A CAREGIVER FOR ME IS A PASSION, ITS SOMETHING WITHIN MY HEART TO ASSIST THE SENIORS. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT BEING A CAREGIVER IS SEEING THE ELDERLY SENIORS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS DAY IN DAY OUT, THAT ALONE MAKES ME HAPPY AND PROUD WHEN I SEE AN ELDERLY IS SO HAPPY AFTER THEY ACHIEVE GOALS EVERYDAY. THE PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT I AM PROUD OF, IS ASSISTING THE SENIORS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS DAY IN DAY OUT, FOR ME ITS A MISSION AND A PASSION TO BE THEIR FOR THE SENIORS.
