As a caregiver I strive to make the individual feel and know that person is appreciated and important. I went into caregiving because it is our duty to help those that need assistance and wanted to help those that didn't readily have it at their disposal. It makes me feel good to help others and to see them shine when they are around someone that is loving and caring. A personal achievement I am proud of is being a motivator to an individual I cared for in exercise and actually doing the exercises with him; also staying with a client as a direct support until she passed away. Acknowledging the value in an individual is what I will always do.

Hello my name is Jamila. I have been a CNA for 14yrs. I have experience with infants to adults. I have worked in a hospital setting, nursing home as well as home health. I became a caregiver because i enjoy helping others. I enjoy uplifting spirits an building relationships with my patient's it makes it easier an more comfortable for both the patient an myself. I know I can't please everybody but if I put a smile on at lease one persons face I am doing my job.

I am a great caregiver because I care. Some people get into caregiving as a side job and show up just for a check. Helping those who can't help themselves is very important to me. I wanted to be a caregiver at a very young age, would you believe my dad has been a caregiver for over 15 years? I've been a caregiver for such a diverse group from, special needs kids, adults, and the elderly. I am very passionate about caring for others as I would want someone to do the same for me or my family.

I have over 10 years experience. I am current on my CPR first aid, level one medication aide. I have worked in various areas of the health care field. Starting out with working with adults with different abilities, to Dr's office, hospitals, down to end of life care. I absolutely love working in the home setting because it's more personable. Im a very firm believer in treating others the way you want to be treated. With that being said your loved one will be treated as one of my family members. With honesty, dignity, respect and most of all love.

I love to cook , shopping , watch movies and work .

Hi all my name is Jamie and I am 23 yes old. I've been working in the medical field ever since I was 18. I started out working in an Assisted Living here in my hometown. After working there for 2 yrs I ventured off trying a travel type of job as a Travel Medical Assistant, great job but I guess you can say I became homesick so I came home and started working locally at my current job as a Phlebotomist at Quest Diagnostics but no that's not all since I love and had a passion for the elderly I decided to pick up 2 PT jobs at private sitting agencies. So yes I love love LOVE the elderly and just love all that they have to offer. So I look forward to meeting with each of you all hoping I will be that one to provide for your loved one!

The reason why I came a CNA is because when I was child I always helped my grandparents, so when I got older I decide to come a CNA because, I love helping others. I like to help people at all times, I like to take care of people. My achievement is you have to have patience when working in the healthcare field GOD will reward you if you help people out. I will go above and beyond for the patients,highly engage working with us, talkative, people person, good hands on and I will make a difference in people alives.

Have been a care giver for seventeen years. In including hospitals, Assist living, group homes and in home. I have also care for denmentia specialist since 2000, hospice, long term, Assist living and rehabilitation. Also a Massage Therapist on site. Taking care of elderly is very important to me because I would want a care and loving nurse too so I take care of seniors how I would like to be care for. Delivering a newborn The love from my residents is which I have been going on for 17 years.

I became a caregiver because I love helping others. I like being a caregiver because I give courage and I love making a difference in others lives. I graduate from nursing school in May. I am passionate about my career..
