I am a well rounded patient person. I am skilled not only in the medical spectrum but administrative as well. enjoy making a positive difference in others, more so utilizing my skills to make other people's lives easier.

I am a recent grad from UNCG, and now a current nursing student who truly loves taking care of people. I have been a nanny for many years, as I especially love children.. but I also have a passion for the elderly. I've came across so many situations where elderly people are being mistreated, and it honestly breaks my heart and inspires me to show them love and compassion. I am making it my duty to give proper care to any senior I come across. I have cared for many of my grandparents who have now passed away due to cancer and other health problems. I know that I wanted the best care for my family members, and that is what I can assure for your family! If there is a task that I am unsure of how to properly perform, I will always ask for clear instruction. I have also completed a CNA training course and will be certified on October 13, 2018. I am also CPR certified.

I lost my grandmother at a very young age. I always knew I wanted to be around and help the elderly. I enjoy conversation with them, walks, taking care of them I am very passionate about what I do. I enjoy working at assisted living facilities but one on one gives you more time and you're able to put all your care into someone. I eventually want to become a nurse. I look forward to assisting your family in caring for your loved one.

I have had my CNA license for 19 years and have always loved helping people growing up. I have felt called to be a nursing assistant/caregiver. Hello & I hope you're doing well. My name is Mare. I was born & raised in Charlotte, NC. My interest in care giving began in 1982 when I gave birth to my daughter. Tiffany was born @ CMC w/ no right kidney & only a piece of a left kidney. That's when my caregiving actually began, however I had always wanted to be a nurse. Tiffany had several episodes of heart failure, as well as many seizures. I took the opportunity to learn as much as possible in order to help her in every way I could. Tiffany and I were referred to The Children's Hospital of Alabama where I was taught how to perform peritoneal dialysis. I treated her w/ paritoneal dialysis in my home for approx one year. At that time, doctors decided she had to have a transplant. At 18 months, Tiffany was given one of my kidneys. She was put on a great deal of medications & there was a lot of care given to her over her lifespan of 28 years. After Tiffany's passing, I followed my interest in caregiving by working at a hospital as well as a few assisted living facilities. I am a very friendly, patient & caring person who has been taught how to deescalate issues if they arise. I became a caregiver because I love to help others. I love to be there for others in any way that I can. I feel that this is my calling and it makes me happy. I worked in assisted living for four years and I loved every moment of. I really do miss doing what I love.
