I have dedicated my life to helping others in the field of health and rehab exercise. I have 13+ years of experience in the wellness and physical therapy field. My years of experience have equipped me as a medical exercise specialist to train clients with medically based conditions who have been discharged from physical therapy and/or chiropractic care, and other medical services. I strive to work closely with medical professionals to bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness. I'm a stay at home mother and I am not a Caregiver but I can perform the job required. I am extremely patient, honest and reliable. I wear a smile in my voice always. I am personally proud of the fact that I now have gone back to school to complete my masters degree after 20 years. I absolutely think older people are adorable and I'm drawn to them. I can without any reservations complete this job. Please consider me, unless the client has a medical condition then I am sure I would not be able to accomplish the job. I am not certified in any medical procedures but care-giving would come natural for me. Supervised my chronically ill Father during his illness for two years.

I was raised in a family that fear and love the Lord unconditionally. After reading and learning more the hardships, the culture, economic condictions of the people of Honduras; I accepted an offer to teach in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. I find myself ministering to those in the community that I lived, visiting the public hospital on a regular basis, spreading the good news of salvation to those that were affected with the AIDS virus and also providing some families with their daily needs. In 2005 my eight graders packed school supplies and mailed them to a high school Somotillo, Nicaragua. I am soldier of the Salvation Army. On Mondays I conduct Bible studies with a group of seniors ages (56 to 95) and I deliver the message at church at least once a month.
