A personal achievement I am proud of is working one on one with a client who had a stroke. I took her to and from therapy sites, worked dilligently on range of motion exercises, and the next year her and her husband walked to the dance floor at my wedding. Tears of Joy was more than me getting married , but to see my client walking.Just to know our teamwork did that felt wonderful.

I am very motivated and excited to help others in need. Can keep charts of vitals, medications, daily duties. Show companionship also get thing dones in and outside of works site. Very outgoing quick learner. Just the knowledge of helping and getting task in hand done is very enjoying. One of my best achievement is working in the medical field and helping my mother with her diabetes witch made me want to know more and the medications that can help treat her cause.

I have worked in this field for over 20 years. I am dependable, reliable and patient. I always respect my clients or residents privacy and dignity. I enjoy spending time with my clients and making them laugh. Most of all I make sure my clients is my first priority. Knowing that I am making a difference in some one life just pushes me more to do my job to the extreme. As I moved up in my different positions I realize I have not just help my clients but some of my coworkers when they need me whether it was with their clients or other matters. Keeping a smile on my clients face and building my skills to be even better at what I do is one of my goals.

Well I like the help of caring for the elderly who can't care for themselves that's how I got my blessings i been doin this for almost 8yrs from nursing homes to caregivers that's all I did along with customer service. I like to know that I make them happy that someone love them enough to put up with them...but the pay sucks which made me stop doin it the first time but I give it another shot

I've been told that I'm a great caregiver because I enjoy helping others it comes natural, from the heart. I'm patient and understanding to their needs and can be a great friend as well. I became a caregiver after my grandmother passed away in 2006 and realized my grandfather was lonely when he started coming to my house often. About a year later I stepped back from my busy life and looked at his. Someone else taking care of him wasn't an option to me when he has me the oldest female grandchild who was also raised by my grandparents. I found myself helping a few of the seniors on our street over the past years since just by sitting on the porch with them often making sure if they need help changing clothes or washing I was there to help because a few of the woman had sons and grandsons but didn't feel comfortable with them helping in certain areas. When going grocery shopping I would pick up little things they liked such as fruits and pies or any groceries they needed just to see them smile.

My purpose of become a caregiver is that it enhanced me the privilege to work with persons serve. being a caregiver it gives me satisfaction to give comfort and put smile on the faces of people. Moreover, as a caregiver i am pleased to be a licensed Home Health Aide. also, I have obtained a certificate in Nursing Assistant.i have also acquired training in C.P.R and First Aid, Abuse and Neglect, Overview of Developmental Disabilities, Medication and many more until i get to the best of my of my ability now and always. I am a humble hard working person. a team player, a little funny, love to read ,sing, ask questions, a dedicated and thrust worthy worker, i have good communication skills a good listener and very reliable. from my experiences i am confident to perform any task within my cope of practice.
