My name is sigourney. What makes me a great caregiver is my compassion for others and my willingness to always help others. I love assisting others in their daily activities and being a companion in a way. I am proud to be going to school and almost being done.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I am someone who have an urge to help others, very trustworthy, reliable, patient, knowledgeable, and dependable. I have been a caregiver for four years. I became a caregiver because of my grandmother and I love making a difference in someone's life, enjoy one-on-one interaction with others, and love helping the elders. My personal achievement I am proud of is graduating from college.

Hello! I am a registered nurse at Jersey Shore University Medical Center with 4+ years in the medical field. I currently hold certifications in CPR and ACLS. I work on a cardiac unit that also is a step-down med-surg unit. I look forward to assisting you and your loved ones with their needs!

I became a caregiver because human life, no matter If it be just beginning or approaching its end, is important. At the age of seven, one of my best friends passed away, and although very young I understood at that moment that life was to be valued. I had to learn at a young age, that once a person was gone, they were gone forever. My sole objective in being a caregiver is to assist in making sure that the person receiving care, no matter the level of severity , time here on Earth is as enjoyable as possible.

Being the youngest growing up in a household of 10 it was tough for me. After school I came home and took care of my grandmother for about 12 years until she passed away. She's the real reason why I became a caregiver. She spent her whole life taking care of other people and now it was my time to take care of her and other elderly individuals. I trained to be a sharp nursing assistant. I am most proud of my education. I received my CNA license when i was a senior in high school. Trying to graduate on time and passing a state exam for nursing wasn't an easy task to juggle. My education and training make me an ideal candidate for a caregiver position. In particular, my study of 20 months inside a Nursing Assisting class, three months of clinical, and passing the CNA state exam while attending Essex County Vocation High School has given me a solid background so that I can perform exceptional support for all residents. I enjoy making other smiles and i feel as though being a caregiver gives me that opportunity. This is my dream job.

I consider clients needs and ability when I am working with them. Any activity is client centered. I treat the people I work with as family. And insure they are safe and comfortable at all times.

My name is Aschley. I am 19 years old, I speak 3 languages. I care about everyone in general. I believe everyone should be treated the same way. I am responsible a hard worker and trustworthy.

I am a very caring person , I put myself in their shoes and treat them like I would be treated. I am very gentle and I try my best to do my job perfect. I would like to become a nurse and this has gave me experience for the nursing field. What I enjoy the most is that I become family to them. I see them often and they are like a second family to me. I love helping people and would like to make a difference. I want them to always remember me and think I was the best caregiver/companion they had.

I became a caregiver to my father as he goes in and out of depression. I left corporate work in healthcare consulting and went back to school to be a certified health coach. Now i work privately with clients on habit change and take care of my father along the way. I am compassionate, hard worker, patient, and empathetic and have a positive mindset.

I am enrolled in a post-Masters Advanced Counseling program at Montclair State University, and have professional experience working with many different kinds of people. I became interested in caregiving after taking care of my mother in the months prior to her death. I worked for Lowcountry Companions in Charleston, SC, in 2009. I am patient, compassionate, and reliable. I like people, and I enjoy talking to older people, hearing their stories and and benefiting from their wisdom and experience.

I became a Caregiver because I truly have a passion for the elderly and am an advocate about them being treated in a respectable manner along with dignity. I love being a Caregiver because it allows me to add a ray of sunlight to the days of someone that cannot do things on their own. I love being able to provide a service to them that we so take for granted but do it in such a way that does not make anyone feel inadequate. My most personal achievement is receiving my Masters in Public and Organizational Relations in May 2014. I am 32 years old, single, and a full time Caregiver and part time Publicist. I plan on opening a non profit organization for the children of my native land of Haiti and also a Nursing Agency that will only hire nurses, CNA's and CHHA's that have a passion for this line of work.

I love giving care to people of all ages with some health problems like dementia, and the aged who are sick and helpless . I am a professional and an outstanding caregiver with so many years of experience. My clients depend mostly on me and have confidence in me all due to my unique ability as a caregiver. I have the biggest heart and show my clients how important they are. I always encourage my clients to live up to their fullest potential.

It is my dream assist others and care for them the way we cared for our loved ones in the comfort of their own homes.
