Growing up being the oldest of 6 siblings I had to be the caregiver due to my mother working long hours as a nurse. In my adult life I've had many jobs but no fulfillment until I started caring for others. I found my purpose and calling. I truly enjoy/ love being a caregiver it brings so much joy and self gratification. My mother played a big part of why I love being a caregiver. seeing the love, she gave, and the return love played a big roll. It feels good to know that I have gained a client trust as well as the assurance that I will take care of them. To see them smile or just help them through a rough day knowing that they can count on me is a great reward. I've had a client I had just started with ask me, is this just a job or do you care? I care about what I do. This is one of the biggest questions that a client or family member has when looking for a caregiver. Staying positive, going beyond the call of duty, compassionate, caring, outgoing, patience, etc. To have the opportunity to care for your loved one or self would be a privilege and a blessing.

I want to fulfill people necessities and give people the help they need but make it enjoyable. I have a big heart for people who can't complete everyday tasks and need the requirements that I am offering. I am a 36 year old mom of 3 one of which is 13 w special needs. I help her with all her daily living activities. I am also a personal trainer and have been training an elderly lady for 3 years now. I am looking for something I can do while my kids are in school .

I first started this line of work with my grandmother at the age of 17. I felt joy and happiness caring for her. Every since her passing I have worked with multiple companies, learning everything I need to know on how to better help people. Although learning never stops, I have gained quite a bit of knowledge on kinds of care from: companionship to a hoyer lift and transfers. I'm a very empathetic and compassionate person, happy and outgoing.

Have focus and kean since to follow instructions. I watch to learn hands on. Open hearted with a friendly/family spirit. Eyes open to help other's with a need for an extra hand or just some body that is in a place in life where they do not like to be alone. All I want is for the people i work for have a since of reason to wake up the next morning with a purpose . The relationship I get from careing for others is a god gift thats is what makes me strive to be a better Caregiver, Mother, & Spouse plus have a close relationship with the Lord.

I have been a private caregiver for over 14 years. Working with some awesome families in Lubbock texas and surrounding counties. I'm comfortable working in their private home or a facility. What I feel that makes me a great is knowledge and experience that I have learned. The reason I became a caregiver is because I love helping people. What I like about being a caregiver is knowing that I am helping someone in their time of need along with the experience of learning new skills and that's everything . Mother of 3 Grandma to 9 ages 23- 1yrs married 46 years retired Military( Air Force ) I've only worked two careers Geriatric care and child care both in and outside my home for 30 plus years .. it's the most vulnerable and hard to find someone you trust to care for either in my experience when my husband retired in Texas and work at a daycare where my children went until school after thst it was a CNA 15-20 years and now have a in home childcare with my youngest Grandbabies and 3 single mothers .

I love caring for people who aren't able to care for themselves. It keeps me going knowing that I'm being a help to another family. You never know who you may need . Or when you may need them so with that reason I not only live for me but I love for those who no longer have that drive or spirit to live for themselves or health issues prevent them from . I'm here to remind them that there's still love from the ones we least expect love from .. I grow to love those clients they become a huge part of my life.

I am a very caring and compassionate women. My heart feels warm when I'm helping anyone. I am a mother of 4, so caring and responsibilities really come easy for me. I have been around caregiving for as long as I can remember. My mother, sister and aunts were caregivers.

I'm a great caregiver because God gave me grace to care for others. I'm not religious I just know that I Know that its because of Jesus that I am here. I could tell a whole book of my life and how I have cared for many loved ones and strangers throughout my life but I feel that knowing just this much will interest you in knowing more from me personally. I try hard to see that others are well. I truly am passionate about peace and justice so with that said please know that If I am caring for you or your loved ones I am doing it wholeheartedly and making sure that they are well, safe and taken care of.
