Hello my name is Devasha white and i have many years of experiences as a care giver for the elderly and the mentally disabled population. My experience in this field is to assist people with their daily lives such as bathing, tolieting, cooking, light cleaning, grocery shopping, and doctor visits. When it come to provide care I also a caring and understanding person with a big heart

I have always wanted to help people since I was a child. when my great grand mother got sick and I had to assist with her everyday living I knew this is was something I wanted to do for a living. I have worked as a home health aide for five years in new York city. I also have a associates degree in medical office assistant as well as a certificate. I just enjoy making sure the client is happy and safe at all times assisting them the best way I can.

I have been a home health aide for 3 years, I take pride in the work I do, each individual is important to me. I have a paralegal degree, currently studying child psychology. I'm interested in working with adults and children with special needs, emotional and behavioral problems. I have two kids, both have emotions problems. I'm a single mom I just lost my mother last week. Due to cancer. I'm very proud of the help I have brought to the caregiver field. I still want to do it part time. I'm culture diverse. I treat everyone with respect and dignity. I'm soft spoken compassionate, loving, trustworthy, honest, I take pride in what I do.

I've worked as a home health aide/assisted living companion for over 8 years. Over that time, I worked with 6 different clients that required different levels of care from basic assisted living to hospice care. I consider myself a great caregiver because my career is one of the most rewarding parts of my life - next to my children:). I take real pride in being able to be of service to those in need. My commitment, accountability and the accomplishment I feel in helping others live a more productive life are the things that drive me.
