My name is Image Appleberry, I have experience with caregiving both professionally and personally with friends and family. At Lifetime Assistant as a Dsp, where I ensured the safety of 11 individuals in their home. As a Direct Support Professional I advocate for my clients and support them into becoming independent as possible. I grew a passion for caregiving growing up with my grandparents, I enjoy working with my clients to ensure they are learning and working on their set goals. I love to see when my clients complete a goal and we can celebrate their accomplishments! I became a care giver because I always wanted to help people give them the love and care that they need I like about caregiver is that I love doing care treating with respect and dignity treating them like they are mines because I really Care about them and what they go through and listening to them when they need some one to talk to I'm am very proud of my self of the person I am today. I went to job corps and finish school I never gave up on my self because I know I can do it I have faith in my self so I'm very proud that I wising up and became a CNA well I'm 20 year's old went to job corps and receive my high school diploma and my CNA certification I'm always on time work hard dedicated my strength is working hard giving the care to my residents at the same time my weakness is I don't like to see tears cause I will cry but it's ok to cry I will cry with my residents all day long if they need me to cry with them not a problem at all. Now I'm 24 i Beat Cancer 3-1/2 years ago and I'm a Cancer Survivor and I'm still working as. Certified Nurse Assistant and a Personal Care Aide I still have a deep connection on working with the elders and Cancer patients no matter what I went thru i still have the love and care to take care of people that's my passion and I love what I do.

Being able to help someone in need is why I enjoy my job so much.. Having patience and consideration for others feelings and home is a achievement that I am proud of. My interest in healthcare grew after spending 5 years caring for individuals who battle with mental health. I decided I wanted to expand my knowledge in healthcare and obtained my CNA. Over the last 4 years I have gained the most experience in longterm, home care, rehab and private duty. Hello my name is Mahogany and I have been working with the elderly for about 8years now. I love helping others that are in need. I can assist with showers, I am Hoyer trained for those needing help getting in and out of bed. I can prepare meals and light house work as well. Laundry, shopping,doctors appointments I can also do. My job is to make sure your loved one is SAFE and comfortable at all times. I can change ostomy bags for those that have one. Empty catheter bags when needed. Also very familiar with feeding tubes and breathing treatments. If ur loved ones are on depends I can also help change them and keep them dry. For those that are bedridden, I know all about making sure they keep rotated so that way they don't get skin break down. There is nothing that I can't do!

The most rewarding and fulfilling thing for me is when I am able to make another person's life easier or more pleasant, and I hope to continue that in my role as a caregiver! I am an excellent cook that can adapt to any diet. Dedicated to giving the best possible care. Exceptional communication skills. Patient and caring person who is a reliable caregiver.
