I'm really energetic, and a great communicator. Working as a Direct support professional/caregiver for 3 years has taught me the importance of loyalty. I'm punctual, dependable, can be counted upon to finish what I started. I also understand the resident needs! I consider myself to be hard-working/ reliable/ dependable/ helpful/ outgoing/ organized/ honest/ cooperative. My work is important to me, so instead of rushing to accept the first opportunity that comes my way. I'm taking my time and being selective to make sure my next role is the right one. I don't have any children but that's where my residents comes in & fill that spot in my heart. Every resident I have had I loved them like my very own! I do have CPR license. I know that my best traits are being patient, empathy, compassionate, and encouraging my clients and I love to make them smile. I started out working with my multi handicap son, and I spend so much time with him and his development as child, I most definitely knew I could take care of the elderly I knew I had a lot of experience taking care of my son.. I have a big heart and I enjoy helping others that are in need of help. At the end of the day I feel satisfied helping out with someone's ADL's. When my son was born the doctors told me he wouldn't be able to walk, talk or do anything for himself, well I proved them wrong I worked with my son and also going to different workshops for multi handicap babies and children. My son began to do the things the doctors said he wouldn't . That is greatest accomplishment for me personally.

I'm a very compassionate woman. I love being able to put a smile on someone's face. I enjoy making someone else happy.

I love to help people. It's a natural gift. I feel that elders have all the knowledge and I love to listen.

I would be a great care giver because I'm loving kind and passionate when it comes to helping and taking care of people . I helped take care of my grandmother before she passed which really made me have a go and desire for helping and taking care of others . I'm gentle as well as respectful and know how to deal with and help elders

When I was a young girl , I work in a Nursing home with my grandmother while my mom was at work and I just knew from that point on I my compassion was with the elderly so I have been license over 25 years.
