I'm a very helpful person and love to make people feel comfortable and I love kids and enjoy being around them.

I have 3 words to describe myself best when it comes to being a caregiver. 1. Heartfelt, I pour my whole heart into being the best caregiver I can be. Being able to help someone daily just makes my day complete. 2. Compassion, I am filled with compassion to love and please while doing my job. 3. Care, I care so much about each individual patient I have, if they need extra help I make sure I go that extra mile to please. I care about the families I help in every way and want to please them and meet their expectations. I became a caregiver because I decided I wanted to make a difference in someone's day to day life. Caring for clients gives me pleasure knowing I can make that difference. All around it brings joy to me to help make someone happy and make their lives easier at the same time. I am easy to communicate with and establish a relationship with, I express my care through everything I do for any patient.

When I first got into the caregiving field I was so overwhelmed with how things "might" go. I've never done anything like this before... all my previous jobs were retail mall jobs. My first day in the field was my worst day because everything that could've happened.... happened. As the years passed, I've grown to really love caregiving. Being a companion to someone who truly needs your assistance is such a gratifying and rewarding experience. This field continues to challenge and teach me. You need pressure to turn into a diamond.

Hello, I'm Angelique. I'm from Bellflower, Ca and I've been a caregiver for three years. I love my job as a caregiver because I love to care for people. I became a caregiver because I found that helping others is what I enjoy doing. I have great patience and am very understanding. I'm very punctual with time as well.

I love older people. I am a good listener and truly interested in what they have to say about their lives. I like to help people in general. I do miss both my parents and grandparents. I had very good examples to go by. This is a life change from what I was doing all my life. I respect the older generation.

I'm a very patient, caring reliable person. I have been doing caregiving for three years now and it is truly the best career choice I have made. I enjoy being able to help others when in need and make great connections.
