Having worked in the healthcare field for over 31 years. Caregiving for 27 years. I have found assisting people to either regain or maintain their health has been rewarding. However my most rewarding has been assisting the elderly as well as physical and or mentally challenged meet their health goals. As our population grows older, and health challenged, I feel the best respect you can give them is to assist them in maintaining as much of their independence as possible. I currently hold an Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration, I'm currently attending school seeking a bachelors of science degree in Professional Studies.

My personality traits that help me be a great caregiver is being a dependable, loving and compassionate caregiver. What attracted me to be a caregiver is my passion for always helping others. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is building relationships with my clients. A personal achievement I am proud of is always making sure my clients are always happy, safe and comfortable.

I want to assist my grandparents with things they can no longer due around their home. Some personal traits about me are smart, caring and helpful.

I love making genuine differences in peoples' lives it help me get through my low times, knowing I'm doing something positive for other people. I like working both independently and as a team. Teamwork helps the work go faster and working alone makes me think better. I'm an athletic person so I love being on my feet and moving around, I love doing physical work. I have an excellent people skill, I've always been able to put people at their ease, gain their confidence and deal sympathetically with their problems and fears. I'm a very good listener and I can communicate vividly. I am currently employed with the Delta T Group. I have current CPR, First Aide, Class one Fingerprints, and a clean TB skin test. I work with all age groups infant to senior. I can provide resume upon request.

I became a caregiver because I love to help people. I have been a full time caregiver for 6+ years and I take great pride in what I do.

I've been a caregiver for over 9 years and truly enjoy what I do. After assisting my grandparents for years, I decided to make it my full time job. To me, each of my clients are an extension of my family and I look after them as one of my own! It's important to me to make my clients feel well taken care of and their families to feel good, too.

Hello all, What I love about being a caregiver is the sense of satisfaction I gain, knowing I made someone's day a little brighter and easier. Although, at times caregiving can have some challenges I choose to focus on the positives. I enjoy learning new things about people and sharing life experiences. Hello! My name is Ameena. I believe I am a great caregiver because I truly enjoy what I do. I even wanted to become a caregiver because I use to care for my grandmother as well as grandfather. The main thing I enjoy about being a caregiver is being able to be there for my clients and just giving them human interaction. The greatest thing I am proud of has been making it through school especially with the pandemic happening.
