I try to make the best of every situation. How to deal with the person I am taking care of. I love helping people. When they say thank you they really mean it. When they try to do something that is hard and they can do it for themselves. Just seeing them smile when you walk though the door.

I am a mom of three. Caregiving just comes naturally for me. I enjoy helping and knowing that I bring a smile to my clients day. I always go the extra mile by baking their favorites and keeping them comfortable in their own homes. I treat everyone with the respect that they deserve and make each visit a happy one where they look forward to having me back again. I am certified in CPR and already have a current background check for my current job.

I always love taking care of people. I also took care of my grandmother and father. I have a good heart and now I'm going to school to become a RN

Hi ! my name is Monae Walker and I am a very patient outgoing understanding Individual, with my experience with being Home Health Aid and giving and extra hand with seniors and all of their disabilities that come with them I am happy to say that I love my job. What drove me to become a caregiver is helping my elderly grandmother for as long as I can remember ever since I was able to help her which made me decide I want this to be a career for me. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is getting to know my client and find out about the things they love to do so I can't help them become more independent with their day to day living routine and of course helping them out with thing that they would normally struggle with .A achievement that I am proud of is leaving a smile on someone else face ,especially when I know it's because they haven't been happy in while or was able to succe d at something with the help of guidance , grace and patience.

I am very out going take work very seriously when i need to but also like to build a bond an friendship with the patient i am working for I am always on time. For me its more than a job it is a potential friend

My name is salena aviles. I like taking care of people and helping others, as I have 3 kids myself. I like building relationships with seniors who don't really have any family member or help. My mother and father both passed away from hiv. I'm reliable and dependable.

I've always had a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. It makes me happy and feeling accomplished knowing that I am making a positive difference in their lives and being able to support them in order to live a life of many possibilities. Most of the individuals that I support families are not involved in their lives and I think it is extremely important that we, as staff build a trusting, caring, and loving relationships with our individuals. Allowing them to connect to us and have a sense of trust and worth is my main priority. We are all equal and deserve to be treated with respect, love, and kindness while helping them with their everyday goals at work, home, or the community.
