I'm very social, I love my job and taking care of residents, elderly or anyone who has a disability. I love that I can make a person feel better about themselves because of the love and care I give to them. It really is my honor to be able to be there and help provide support to another individual and to families who need it.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I love on and care for my residents as if they were my own family and I truly love the job. I became a caregiver because I want to be a nurse one day and being a CNA gives me experience in the medical field. I truly love being able to connect and hear the story's of different people. I also love being able to help those who can no longer care for themselves. I am proud that I am a caregiver and a high school student and that I've been able to do both successfully.

I have been a caregiver for close to 20 years now, I decided to choose this career because I feel it is very rewarding to put a smile on someone's face and to help them feel emotionally better when they may be physical ill. I like home care preferred to nursing home I would rather have the one on one interaction with my clients so we can get into a routine. I am proud of the fact the I have learned many skills when dealing with different illness they a client may be facing. I prefer to work with the senior population and enjoy working with Alzheimer's patience.

Love getting to know people. I enjoy talking and listening to their stories. I loved working at the facility assisting residents with their daily routines.

Hello, My name is Ashley; I became a caregiver about ten years ago when I started college, and fell in love with the field. I enjoyed it so much I went on to pursue a career in Nursing and Public Health, as well as Life Insurance. Over the years I have had many clients who have become like family, and in fact have cared for actual family and was grateful I had the experience and knowledge to be attentive and effective when it was needed the most. What means the most to me is being an extra set of hands or eyes for the family and understand of each families personal needs. With a family of my own, I understand the value of having that go-to person in your corner, and look forward to being that person for someone else.
