I became a CNA because back in High School I went to various nursing homes and hospitals to volunteer to help the elderly and I enjoyed it. I love making a difference and treating people how I want to be treated. What I like most is building relationships and giving my client a great experience. A personal achievement I am proud is being a successful CNA and becoming a advocate for seniors. I am a great CNA with lots of energy and great communication with tons of CNA background. Hi, My name is Melissa Mills, I received a bachelors of science in Healthcare Administration in 2016. I believe in order to be a good caregiver you have to first be patient, trustworthy, caring, loyal to your patients, detail oriented, and compassionate. I have always been attracted to healthcare because I feel that it needs people that care. I would like to be that change it needs. I enjoy hands on, one on one of working with people. Being able to assist others and make them comfortable in their own environment.

I've been a Registered Nurse since 2013. I have worked many areas including; OB, women's health, orthopedics, oncology, medical/surgical, wound care, IV management, medication management, all activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, toileting, dressing, etc) physician scheduling and management. I have been a travel nurse for the last year and I've handled and experienced a lot of really amazing medical works. Being an RN limits my time with my patients. Hi my name is Roslyn Gavin. I have been a caregiver for over 15 years. Being a caregiver has been a very rewarding gift to me. I started helping a family member and has enjoyed everyday since. Im well trained, been a cna and phlebotomy for over 15 years.

I have been an emergency department nurse for 14 years. 13 of those were in a level 2 trauma center. I have lots of experience with many different disease processes. I'm available to organize meds, wound care, catheter care, and help you understand your loved ones disease. I will come out in the middle of the night or weekend if needed. Serving the elite only. I genuinely love to nurture and care for others. From childhood on, I knew I wanted to work in the healthcare field so that I might be able to help those in need. Due to adverse conditions, I was unable to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse, so I initially became a CNA and later became a Medical Assistant. I thoroughly enjoy the comaraderie and direct contact of both positions. As a Medical Assistant, I learned how to draw blood, give injections, vitals, laboratory procedures.....so worked in this field until relocating to Raleigh, NC. There was such a great need for CNAs at that time so I decided to branch out on my own work as private duty caregiver. Since doing so, I have been blessed with wonderful clients, and word of mouth from previous clients has certainly contributed to my success. I am proud of making the decision to become my own boss, and having the initiative and desire to do so. My last private duty assignment ended in April after eighteen months of caring for an Alzheimers' client that ultimately passed away. I grew to love her dearly, and will always hold a special place in my heart for her. Currently, I am doing fill-in work, but am seeking a full time caregiving position.

I love to Care for the elderly or persons with disabilities. I knew when my grandmother was sick at the age of 12 that I wanted to help others when I got older. I Promote dignity, freedom, and choice. I am patient and want my clients and their families that they will be taken carebof as if they were my own or myself when I get to that point. A personal achievement that I am most proud of is being an FBI Graduate of the Youth Leadership Program that I represented the state of TN in Quantico,Va . I am 28 years old, caregiving since age 12 and professionally for 5 years. Both Privately and through an agency out of Kingsport. Seeing my clients smile when they see me brings joy to my heart, knowing that I am doing something to make a difference in the lives of others.
