The things that help me be a care giver is my heard working personality, The thing that brought me to being a care giver is the feeling of helping others ,it makes me feel good to help others so I love doing it.The thing I enjoy most about being a care giver is helping others and building a relationship with those around me .The personal achievement I am proud of is becoming a big sister I know that really isn't an achievement for me but my little brother is my whole world .

I love being able to give back and help someone that is not able to care for themselves or there family.One thing I am currently in the process of achieving is getting my Associates degree. I love people and I am very outgoing and dependable.

My passion is to care for others and provide them with quality care, companionship and compassion. Serving veterans and the elderly gives me a sense of giving back to what they have sacrificed for us and our country and gives me a sense of pride, honor and joy to be able to help those in need. I have been able to help people in need stay in their homes and have prevented them from having to reside in permanent care facilities. My passion is also end of life care and I have assisted many individuals transition from their earthy lives to their eternal homes and that is an amazing honor I hold very dear to my heart.

I Love the fact that I am in a position to be the one to give someone the effective care they may need. Not only am I a professional care giver, I am also a newly retired Deputy Sheriff, So I have dealt with ALL types of people from my different occupations, and everybody has a story, mostly they just need for someone to listen, and to give a care. Families need to know that their Loved one's are in the care of a Professional Quality Care Giver.

Hello! I just moved to LA from Nashville, TN and am looking for some part-time work to supplement my other job. I'm responsible, trustworthy, and full of love and compassion. I'm good at and enjoy cleaning, and have experience working with an agency as an at-home caretaker. My favorite part of the job was providing companionship. I discovered my love for seniors when I was in elementary school and volunteered at nursing homes with my girl scout troop. That passion has only grown as I've gotten older. I was once a licensed CNA, so I've had all the hands-on training, but it's the close relationships with my clients that inspire me. I'm happy to listen to their stories, play a card game, take them to a movie or simply sit with them and keep them company. I just have an enormous amount of respect for the elderly, and it's important to me to do what I can to make their lives easier. I love to declutter and organize, as well. One of my favorite projects was clearing out and reorganizing a huge closet that had been stuffed from floor to ceiling with clothes. When it comes to organizing, I love a challenge like that. So if your loved one is a hoarder, I'm your girl! A few other skills I have: I minored in Spanish in my few semesters of college and still remember the basics. I'm currently CPR/first aid certified and used to be a licensed CNA (expired in 2017). Some more info about me: Aside from hanging out with seniors and organizing, I also like music, chocolate, yard sale shopping, reading, playing the ukulele and making collages. I have a newfound love for vintage clothing and run my own online resale store. It started as a hobby and has developed into a profitable little side job. My current work schedule is 3-930 Mondays and Wednesdays, 11-730 Saturdays, and 3-730 Sundays. I can work any time around those hours. I'm flexible about location and rates, and grateful for any opportunity. Thanks!

I care deeply about people! I have knowledge of many things one in particular is Althimers and Dementia. There is a medication that goes together and works wonders in slowing down this terrible disease. Aricept and Namenda, this medication works together to slow the process. 3 of my patients have done great on this medication. I am an advocate for this and anyone I can help. I can't stand to see anybody who is sick and needs help.

As a nursing student in college, i started caregiving to get some experience with home health care. I enjoy providing care and companionship to those who need it. I am patient and caring and love helping those who need it.

Hello! My name is Emily Childs and senior care is one of my greatest passions. I currently work as an activity coordinator at a memory care facility, but I'm looking to transition out of that into part-time caregiving. I was an at-home caregiver years ago, and I've had various jobs in senior care ever since. I believe it's my calling. I'm very hardworking, patient, trust worthy, and compassionate. I just have such respect for seniors and want to help any way I can. My favorite parts of caregiving and working in this field are my day to day interactions and building relationships with clients. I love simply spending time with them and allowing them to feel heard. Since I was once a licensed CNA, I've had experience with all the hands-on training and assisting in ADLs, as well as doing basic chores & housework. I've looked after clients with a variety of care levels. I had some that were very independent, and just needed company and help around the house, to bedridden stroke victims and clients with ALS.
